I booked an ocean view room and instead received a room looking partially at the ocean. Theres was hair all over the bathroom, it was pouring rain some of the water was coming in our room through the window, and the kitchenette was full of ants ruining our food.

The room was a little bit nasty per pics attached. If I can get any money back that would be great!!
Kitchenette sink rusted.
Cap missing on bathroom sink knob (it was on the other knob) and rusted with water stains.
Toilet attached to the floor. Toilet was rocking back and forth it was not loose.
Rusted toilet valve.

This was my 3rd stay at this hotel every stay was good roons are clean and they have rooms for any family size. Kitchen set up is great for families that like to eat some meals in the eoom.

Not the best. First room smelled like fish so we had to move to another room. Was clean but very run down and outdated. Great location near the beach, but it really needs some work done to it. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Nice motel.
Nice accommodation across the street from the beach and Convention Center. Clean and quiet. Nice kitchenette with stove, microwave, toaster, refrigerator. Comfortable beds.

Overall good stay. The hotel provided a crib for my child so that was great. The bed was comfy. I did not get the chance to swim but the pool looked clean. Only complaint was the bar soap in the bathroom was horrible. Bring your own! Tv and fridge served their purpose. The hotel is located at what I call the beginning of the walk.

Property dirty, staff very rude and not friendly, parking is super tight. Small pool no pool towels. Bugs in the room. Tv in living room didn’t work. Furniture in room old and dingy falling apart. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Tried to advise staff of issues and was no acknowledgment for my concerns. will not stay here again.
