"My daughter booked this hotel for us. We appreciated the service, and the size of our hotel room. The AC unit had malfunctioned and this was quickly rectified. We saw new AC unit's were being installed in diff rooms. A beautiful small hotel away from the jungle of Apia. We would be happy to return and stay at Lemanumea again. Remember to bring your own toiletries such as Soap, shampoo and conditioner as the hotel doesnt supply this. We bought our own so this wasnt a problem. We requested extra towels and was always received well. 10/10 for the service from the Staff."

"What I like the most is the customer services was great, they put their efforts to help me to me the last minutes changes of my staying. Thank you so much. You all makes me feel safe and enjoy my stay. The food were delicious. I really enjoyed my vacation. What I see need to look at it, is ordering drinks, some bartenders does not know or understand mixing the drinks, when ordering soft drinks or liquor, beer takes for ever to get it. There was only 1 waitress that I seen 2 straight nites, she busted herself tried to serve everybody. But She really did a great job and always served with a smile. Thank you Taumeasina, overall your hotel is the best on island. I highly recommended Taumeasina hotel to my family and friends for their vacation. My family will be visiting Samoa in July, 2024. "Beautiful accomodation and the service was excellent. The staff always had a smile on like it was part of their uniform and ready to help attitude, they were such beautiful and amazing people. The buffet breakfast which was part of the package was for me very good and filling with all local and traditional dishes. The room we stayed in was good, the only downfall was no sugar and not enough coffee but that was not a issue."
