"Stayed in the St Honorat Suite for 1 night, could here the guests upstairs at 1am and 7am being noisy, loose floor tiles in bathroom, toilet seat lacquer peeling off seat, there is a difference between rustic and repair, and this hotel clearly needs some TLC. Pool and sunbeds were a nice relaxing area but need your mosquitoe repellent. Receptionist located directly outside of room so all we could here from check in until we went out for dinner was her talking as walls are paper thin. Overpriced...

"This hotel provided excellent customer service given by very helpful staff. The drinks and hors doeuvres that were laid on each evening were a lovely touch that we all appreciated. We had 3 rooms all in one annexe that were well decorated with great facilities. The rotunda room was particularly special. Everything about the hotel worked perfectly for us, including the location. "

"The people are what make this place so special. Caroline was our first contact and was absolutely lovely. She took care of us during our stay as did Doriane and Elena in the main reception, Christophe at breakfast, Ludovic at the pool. Frank was our ever kind and elegant manager who tried his hardest and best to get the beach back in order after the recent storms. "The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location. The room, though very small, was decorated tastefully and well equipped. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. Don’t go here for the Expedia perks. The arrogant young man at reception informed me that “we don’t honour that” when we checked in. A good portion of the staff share his snooty air unfortunately. The rest seem well trained and professional. "

"This is a lovely setting and was a return trip for us. We stayed 5 nights. Bar Fitzgerald had fabulous live music- piano and vocals by extremely gifted lady pianist.There were a few areas that should be improved compared to our previous stays. Concierge are outstanding- Christopher, Luca, over night desk supervisor on Wednesday nights* ( both years). Others whose names I do not know were great. Shortfalls- bar waite staff. Worked very hard, moved very fast, avoided eye contact often. ...
