Comfortable holiday in reasonable accommodation. Residences are at the top of a hill making it a stiff walk back from town and shops especially for older people and not so fit. Small swimming pool and deep with no shallows.

Bad reception for hotel
On arrival there is no active reception. Although I announced in advance that I would arrive late, I received no instructions. The key was left in a safe in another building. There is not enough signage to explain who and where to turn. The existing signage is faded, and unclear. The signs pointing to the place are inaccurate, and misleading in direction. There is no telephone response available. I stayed in the middle of the night, in an unfamiliar neighborhood, with suitcases and equipment, outside. It took over an hour before I was able to find my way to the room. It was scary, and unpleasant.

Dirty rooms, a lot of hidden fees, SELF CLEANING? One toilet paper roll only, terrible bedding and no cover for quilt. Bad office opening hours and dirty kitchen equipment.

Simple, but near a great beach
Simple and clean apartment near Antibes. The apartment is located at walking distance to one of the best beaches in the area with beautiful view over the city. There is not much in the area, but walking to Antibes takes not more than 15-20 min. The Sofa-bed was a disappointment!

Decent property, at decent price
We are a family of three, with a 9yr old child. We have stayed at this property four times, over four years. It's location at the top of the hill with Antibes 15 minutes walk to one side and Juan Les Pinnes 15 minutes walk on the other is ideal for us as it gives options of two resorts. The pool is small but we like it as it is very easy to keep an eye on the child. Apartments are basic-ish but generally clean and adequately equipped. We would prefer it if for example more than one toilet roll were supplied. However, the staff are very nice and try their best to be of assistance so we would stay in this property again and would recommend it to our friends.

Basic accommodation
Our stay here couldn’t have got off to a worse start. An evening flight meant we spent the week before our trip trying to confirm a late check in with the hotel &then with Expedia. This was finally confirmed the day we flew out by phone &email only to arrive to a locked reception area at 10.30pm with our 1 & 3 year old. We spent 90 mins on the phone to Expedia to gain access as there was no response to any numbers displayed outside building. Initially after Expedia also failed to get a response, we were told we’d be relocated by Expedia &put on hold while this was organised. We were finally told that actually we’d need to find somewhere ourselves as this was the properities failure ¬ Expedia’s. Had we been told this at the start of the call, although very disappointed, we wouldn’t have wasted so much time hanging around outside a dark street in the middle of a residential area. We then had to try to find somewhere to take us for the night and set of on a 15 min walk in an unfamiliar area at close to midnight. The Best Western Astoria was a saviour &had they had availability, we’d have stayed there the rest of the week. Once checked in the next day the reception staff could not have cared less and offered no apology. Floor in the room was dirty,there were ants in the kitchen, no basic cleaning supplies, paper thin walls, a dirty&torn travel cot. Avoid this place with small kids. Pool too deep for an adult to stand and located 10-15min walk uphill from centre.

Once you checked in there is no-one at the front desk after 8pm. No blow dryer in room. Cant work the TV. The food machines out of order. The hallway had horrible smell. You get the towels for the whole time your there no changes. We had to make sure we were back to get lady to get a cab for us at 4am in the morning. You can't get into the hotel unless you had code and if you forgot it you were outside all night long, thank goodness a women passed and read what was on the wall in french to help get back in. She was so afraid and Im glad for her.

Quite pleasant
I wasn't sure what to expect, but once we got there everything you need for a self catering holiday is already thought of. Room is quite basic, however has got everything you would need. Quite clean, also. Sheets, towels clean and beds quite comfortable . We had a pleasant stay. Apartment is close to the beach and town center, quite close to Antibes also. The only thing I like to mention is there is no tennis court at the hotel and we never found the swimming pool. Happy to walk to the beach instead. Overall quite pleased with the accommodation.

One week listening to sex parties of our neighbors with open windows... nobody from the staff did anything... we have children and had to put TV on every night to cover the sounds... There is no parking close to the residence, and the one you rent is far from your place... the parking is ridiculously small... people don't care if they take more than one place... Staff is not professional and even if the staff would be pro.... you will not see them because they work when people are outside the residence... if you need anything from them after 7pm and 1 sec... you have to wait the next day... I am not joking here are the facts... Too much too say against this awful residence ... avoid it!

Budget hotel easy walk to Antibes and Juan les Pin
£50 per night (booked last minute) for room with sea view, balcony, small kitchen, 2 bunk beds and double fold down bed, very comfortable. Staff friendly. 8 euro for parking but easy on street parking close by. 8 euro for three days Internet- we didn't use so can't review this. 5 minute walk to beaches on Antibes and Juan les Pins, 10 mins to Antibes old town. Found it to be a great location.

Loved it, going back next year.
Loved the place. Despite some not so great reviews, our room was absolutely spotlessly clean. All bedding and kitchen appliances / utensils were brand new. The staff were very helpful and we loved the daily croissant and baguette delivery (payable at the reception). We stayed on the 4th floor and had truly amazing view of the sea and some rather impressive yachts. The pool is kind of small and there are only 10 loungers, but again, it was perfect for us with a young, just learned to swim child.

L’emplacement est top, entre Antibes et son ancienne ville et Juan les pins et sa plage. Vue du 4eme étage sur la mer parfait. Les moins, l’ascenseur en panne et l’isolation du bâtiment qui est vieillissante. Volet de la baie vitrée HS plus fenêtre peu isolante = réveil matinal par le bruit de la rue et la lumière. on sent bien l’air en mi saison idem avec le jour sous la porte. Mais l’appartement a été refait interieurement et la literie est bonne. Extérieurs à entretenir

Es gab leider einiges an der Unterkunft, was mich verärgert hat. Um vorab die Anreise abzuklären, war es sehr schwierig, die Unterkunft zu kontaktieren, da diese nur zu sehr eingeschränkten Zeiten erreichbar war. Auch eine Mailadresse war nirgends zu finden, über welche man die Unterkunft hätte kontaktieren können. Nachts hat sich ein fremder Gast in mein Zimmer verirrt. Ich hatte meine Tür abgeschlossen...was soviel heisst, dass scheinbar mehrere Schlüssel zu einem Zimmer passen. :-( Zu guter Letzt, kann ich jedem nur empfehlen, sein Gepäck nicht im Gepäckstauraum vorübergehend zu lassen. Die Tür ist zwar mit einem Zugangscode versehen, jedoch hat das Personal und jeder Gast mit Staugepäck diesen Code. Mir wurden leider sehr wertvolle Kleider aus meinem Koffer in diesem Raum gestohlen. Es ist zwar meine Verantwortung, den Koffer ohne Kofferschloss hinein zu stellen...aber es hätte somit auch sein können, dass das Gepäck komplett entwendet wird. Es ist schade, wie die Menschheit drauf ist. :-( Die Unterkunft ist in meinen Augen nicht vertrauenswürdig und ich würde es somit nicht weiter empfehlen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist in Ordnung. Die Aussicht aus meinem Zimmer mit Meerblick war auch ganz nett. Das ist leider das einzig gute, was ich berichten werde.

la struttura è in una posizione centrale sia per il centro di Antibes (10-15 min a piedi) che da Juan les pins (10-15 min a piedi) ma locato in una zona residenziale a due passi da negozi e supermercati.

Wir hatten eine Wohnung im 7. Stock mit traumhafter Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Wohnung war funktional eingerichtet und sauber. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was für eine Woche benötigt wurde.

Vi boede i en dejlig lejlighed, ingen luksus med der var hvad man havde behov for. Køleskab, opvaskemaskine, kaffemaskine mm. Der var lidt langt at gå ned til den gamle by, men hotellet lå i et roligt pænt område.

Hotell som passer dårlig for barnefamilier. Vanskelig å finne frem og sjekke inn, dårlig veibeskrivelse og skilting og uklar kommunikasjon fra hotellet. Rommet var rent, men manglet sengetøy. Det verste var likevel støy og bråk fra andre gjester. Det var høylytt festing og slossing som holdt oss våkne hele natten. Mangel på døgnåpen resepsjon eller noen form for vakthold kombinert med veldig utrivelig oppførsel fra andre gjester gjorde at vi følte oss veldig utrygge. Vil overhodet ikke anbefale dette stedet for andre barnefamilier.
