"The hotel is situated in one of a quiet ally of VENICE a walking distance from The train station which is convenient for traveller with a big/multiple baggage. You can also leave your baggage before/after your check in while waiting for your ride is a plus of the hotel. Breakfast is decent and well prepared. All in all we had a good experience with our stay "

"The best part of this hotel was its proximity to the train station. Venice is not easy to get around with luggage so I specifically sought out a hotel where we wouldn't have to walk far once arriving. However, once you drop your luggage off, the hotel is close to anything you'd want to do in Venice. It was about a 20 minute walk to Piazza San Marco (which you should see and then leave) but there's so much to do on the way, you will surely stop and eat, drink, and shop along the route. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was good. Our room was off of an alley and didn't have a view but that's what you get when you book it as a last minute travel change. The room was pretty hot over night, the air conditioning didn't really seem to work. We slept with the windows open and it was fine. I would definitely come back and stay here again, though I'd pay more for a room with a view. "

Not exciting the swimming facility, but well kept. Very kind reception and service persons. Good for families, great attention and tolerance with children."

"Superb, well appointed luxury hotel just away from the madding crowds. Our room had a canal view and yes the boats can make a noise from quite early but it's part of the Venetian charm! Very comfortable room with sizeable bathroom and comfy bed. Staff are very very helpful and always smiling. Fully recommend taking the breakfast option - sets you up for the day. "
