It was clean and comfortable but could use some updating. Elevator was down, not working. My door key didn’t work on interior or exterior doors … it always took multiple tries. The front desk person said they are a little tricky sometimes. It was a little annoying. My companion who had his own keys in a separate room had the same trouble.

Checking in and out was easy enough. The room itself seemed more like the leftovers from a frat house party than a room a family should stay in. Didn’t feel comfortable to walk around without socks, curtains didn’t shut all the way, generally didn’t give us any value aside from a place to stay

Lobby was a mess and the carpet in the room should be replaced. Also the desk chair’s fabric was stained in multiple places. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

We had to make an unplanned stop in Camp Verde, and we found this hotel on the app. Chasity at the front desk was very friendly. The price was great, the room was very clean and comfortable, no noise and it was easy to sleep. The WiFi signal was nice and strong, and in the morning the free breakfast was fantastic! This hotel is a little gem along Hwy 17, and we are happy to recommend it to anyone.

Good hotel for a stopover around sedona. Little old, carpet needs an update. 5 stars for the excellent staff who takes care of you and your requests. Overall a positive experience.

We enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. The front desk staff are very nice and the room was clean. The complimentary buffet breakfast was also a highlight of our stay here.

Staff were very helpful in directing us to local shopping, including a great grocery store. Its access to the freeway and routes to Sedona, Montezuma Castle and Well, Jerome and Phoenix were easy and obvious.

Wonderful staff and we really enjoy staying here. I just wish they’d get new carpeting. This last room had horrible stains all over the carpet for the money you pay the room should be a little better.

This hotel is okay but certainly due for a major remodel. The bathrooms have been redone recently but they they left old mirrors with frames from the 70s? The bed was very good. As soon as you get off the elevator, it has the smell of an old hotel, even more so in the rooms. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. We would stay here again but, for the price, we were disappointed with the overall quality. The breakfast was also far below hotels like Fairfield Inn/Suites and other hotels in this category.

This hotel was okay. Our room was clean and everything worked, but the walls are very thin. We could hear conversations of the people next to us. Breakfast was good. Also, we paid for a suite which apparently amounted to an extra table and two extra chairs. We had expected a sofa of some sort and were a bit unhappy.

The Camp Verde Days Inn hit all the needs for a road trip overnight: Clean, comfortable, nice staff, easy checkin-out, morning breakfast items. Extras that were appreciated - free bottled water, juice, cocoa, tea, coffee & flavored water always available in the common area. The common/breakfast area is a great place to play cards or a board game.

The hotel room was beautiful, check in and check out was easy and the pool/spa worked perfectly. Not a complaint about our night there my next trip I would without a doubt stay again.

The hotel was fine, and overall good staff, but upon checkout the front desk clerk refused to provide me with an invoice for our stay. When I asked why, and explained I have received one at other hotels where we had stayed. He became very rude and belligerent and stated “you Canadians are all the same.” He was extremely rude and intimidating. I just left without the invoice.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you felt like you were intimidated and treated rudely. However, the information you were given was correct. You booked this reservation through Expedia and paid them, therefore, the hotel was paid with a one-time use virtual card and was not shown the rates that you paid. Our receipt would only have your info on it, such as your name and dates of stay, not the rates. So, you should receive your receipt for your stay from Expedia in an email.
