"Advertised as a hotel (not Pontins) with an address that didn't match the booking one and lacking many of the basics you'd have in in anything resembling a hotel. One of the worst properties I've stayed in over 4 decades. A generally stand off ish and hostile undertone from the staffing on arrival, several serious defects and no warning about the bedding or towel shortfalls (unless you are one of their loyal customers who tolerate more than they should be expected to). 1 night stay with my little boy
"It was a lovely hotel that has just been renovated and they were finishing off the last floor whilst we were there May 24. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We enjoyed dinner in the bar although my chilli con carne didnt have any chilli in it. We found it easy to park. Breakfast was rrally nice fresh, and no greese at all, pouched and fried eggs were cooked to order, the fresh bread was amazing. I really clean hotel, would book here again. "
