Perfect for the price/location
Absolutely perfect experience. All the staff were great. The entire hotel has modern vibe to it. Perfect location in Palmanova with restaurants and shops lining the same street. The beach isn't the best of Mallorca but it is a great beach nonetheless. Only one minor hiccup... we arrived late and our sea view room was not available, but the staff rectified that the next morning without any issues. Would absolutely stay here again if our vacation takes us to Mallorca.

Excellent hotel
The hotel has been completed to a high standard . The staff are very helpful and always try to help. I think the only thing I would say for them to do is the air conditioning it's not cold enough and in the dinner hall it is too hot. But this was a minor issue . Overall a lovely stay.

Disappointing and overrated
Clean hotel that has been renovated but lacks serious attention to detail and customer service. Check-in was slow, gentleman rude and argued about number of occupants in the room. I booked a double but he refused to allow the second person to stay without paying an exorbitant amount -booking stated double occupancy, max 2 people. AC did not work well, safe required a fee for use, and shower was slippery (poor material). For the price you pay, it definitely is not worth it and is not 4 star quality by any measure. Close to beach and 10 min walk to magalluf strip of bars. No other positives,

В отеле недавно был сделан капитальный ремонт. Номера полностью отремонтированы, все новое, плоские телевизоры, отличный санузел. Великолепные ужины, но завтраки чуть по-проще. Отличное расположение, море в 50 метрах от отеля. Рядом автобусная остановка и огромное количество ресторанов и магазинов. Очень хорошее обслуживание на рецепции и в ресторане. Единственное нарекание - это уборка номеров, могли бы убирать и по-лучше. В целом великолепный отель!

ein grosses Hotel direkt auf dem strand algemeinOK
Wir waren mit drei person eine Woche in August dort.Von Flughafen müssen wir mit Taxi fahren,kosten 40euro,am Reception kein Deutsch nur Englisch,nur ein Aufzug, sehr klein und alt.In Badezimmer abdunst war kaputt,nach dem bescheit gesagt wurde nichts gemach,keine Deutsche TV sender,Internet war frei,aber für safe muss 20 euro her,am Abendessen man muss getrenke noch selber bezahlen,teuer.Hotel steht in Palmanova direkt am strand sehr Praktisch,viele essen möglichkeiten,einkaufen,suvenirs,live Musik,sehr viel Leute rum herum,aber nur Brieten,komplekt Englisches revier keiner spricht Deutsch.Strand ist sauber mit Sand,wasser sauber und warm,schirm und liege muss exstra Bezahlen 9euro.Viele Atractionen:Wasserbanane,jetsky,falschierm und........Hotel für Erwachsene und jugendliche,kaum kleine Kinder.Anreise und Abreise 24h nur zimmer an und ab 12:00 Zimmer mit Meer blick wäre von vorteil und HP reicht es voll komm.Vier sterne für Hotel zu viel,drei ist gut.Ohne Englisch nie wieder.

Hôtel bruyant, salle et accueille moyen.
Chambre vraiment salle. Les femmes de ménage ne nettoient pas et passe juste en chambre pour refaire le lit et déposer des linges "propre" de plus elles sont très bruyante dans les couloires. Ne recommande cette hôtel a personne. Ne mérite pas quatres étoiles.

Месторасположение отличное! Персонал на рецепшене и в ресторане очень дружелюбный! Что не сказать о горничных, уборка отвратительная. Ее по сути нет, просто заправляют кровать. Не убираются, не моют посуду, не докладывают использованные банные принадлежности!!! И матрасы очень не удобные! Своим друзьям этот отель советовать не буду!
