We picked this hotel for location and free parking. It was for an overnight stay before heading to Medicine Hat and wanted to see Calgary’s downtown. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant and it was superb. All the staff were courteous and helpful

Lovely, clean and modern. But what really did stood out was the staff. From pulling up in our Uber to a cheerful and helpful getting by the doorman to our (early) about and seamless check in with welcoming and smiling grunt desk staff, to calling down after our Uber Eats delivery was delivered cold, to ask if there is a microwave available on site - to be assured someone would deliver one to our room (and they did, within a few minutes), to our room service order the next morning, to the helpful and wonderful room cleaners who were so friendly and kept the room spic and span. Every single contact along the customer service journey was above and beyond amazing. This staff should teach other staff at other hotels how to do it... We will definitely be back!
