The check in was amazing and efficient, the room was very clean and large, with high ceilings and comfortable beds. The personal touches were absolutely perfect, when we checked in and made it to our room I was surprised to see that there was a personalized note with my name signed by the motel manager. Additionally within fifteen minutes of our check in we received a phone call enquiring if our room was to our liking and if we may need anything else! Amazing customer service! Larger hotels could certainly learn a thing or two from this motel. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

The front desk employee need to be educated in how to treat a client with dignity and respect... If not for the customer service intelligence from expedia customer service agent, it would've been worse ... the centro motel front desk employee refused to check me in due to his personal assumptions... Thanks to expedia customer service agent who find a solution and rebooked me into another hotel... Gratitude expedia... Hoping the owner (employer) of the centro motel can re-educate the front desk employee on how to treat a customer...
