The apartment was amazing, the views were amazing as well. The pool and accessibility to the beach were great. The only downfall were the mosquitoes OMG terrible in that area.

THE PROPERTY IS DIRTY, THE ROOMS DO NOT GET CLEANED PROPERLY. I HAD TO CALL FRONT DESK EVERYDAY TO HAVE THE CLEANING PERSON CLEAN CORRECTLY AND AT ONE POINT ONE OF THE LADIES WAS BOTHERED THAT SHE HAD TO CLEAN IT RIGHT. DISGUSTING BATHROOM. I ASKED SINCE THE FIRST NIGHT THERE FOR THEM TO PUT A BULB IN THE BALCONY CAUSE IT HAD NO LIGHT. WE COULD NOT ENJOY THE BALCONY/PORCH IN THE EVENING BECAUSE OF NO LIGHTBULB. IT REALLY IS SAD HOW THIS RESORT HAS DECLINED AND DECLINED IN THE LAST FEW YEARS. I WILL NOT BE BACK. WAS GOING THERE SINCE IT FIRST OPENED OVER 20YRS AGO......:(

Gated parking with security. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Right on the beach. Good food and shopping walking distance. Can’t wait to go back !

Property is in a great location close to the town of Boqueron. It is clean but a bit outdated. For the area, I think it is okay since I don't think there are many other options.

Excellent. My only concern is with the size of the bedding sheet. It is to short for two person ( full). But all was fine. Clean, quiet, accessibility, confort.

Need to fix the key issue. They did not had keys to issue me due to whatever excuse was given to me. But they did not have keys to issue to the guess for a few months. Need better service in the hotel.

This property in Boqueron is great for the area as the pool and kiddie area is stellar, the rooms are so spacious and the air conditioning is top-notch! They even have a little game area and the gym is small but clean and has 2 elipticals a bike and some weights. The location is key as you can walk across the bridge to little area with great bars and restaurants which comes to life on the weekends.

I liked my stay. Super close walk to the beach to the left and to the restaurants in boardwalk type area to the right. Needing someone to open the doors while they were very efficient was still a big pain in the neck. Would stay again after they fix the doors.

Amazing location and walking distance to the beach. The room was very clean. The restaurant by the pool was a perfect place for breakfast with reasonable prices. Walking distance to Poblado Boqueron was a plus.

The property is well kept..furniture could use an upgrade (stained chair and bed boards). The staff and reception were excellent. Room had the amenities needed. We couldnt connect to wifi internet. Overall very pleased..looking forward to returning in the future.

The location of this hotel is very ideal. Walking distance to Boqueron beach and the town with shops and dining. Parking was great too. The hotel itself is outdated and needs new furnishings. The keycard system doesn't work and hasnt for months. Apparently they are waiting for a new system but its on back order. You need someone from the front desk to come with you to your room to let you in each time with the key. This is also a problem for housekeeping since they have to be let in to clean the rooms. Most of the guests would leave the latch sticking out to get back in their rooms with ease. Chairs, sofas have questionable stains and really outdated. Floor grout is black when it used to be a light gray. We kept shoes on the whole time. Our bedding smelled like urine. Sheets were clean so I imagine it was the mattress but didnt want to look. There were cockroaches in the room too. When i unpacked my bag at the airport hotel one came out of my suitcase, eager to check out too. We knew for the price it may have not been in the best condition but it rated over 4.0 with Expedia. Just wasnt expecting the inconvenience of bugs and having to be escorted to the room each time. I would not recommend until they update the place.

Really outdated property with dirty rooms and weird smell. We paid for a two bedroom suite and our kids refused to sit/sleep in certain areas. Pool area had potential but is in dire need of TLC - it had black mildew all along the sides. Worst part of it was that the keys didn’t even work. You had to get a staff member to open the door for you every time you left and returned. One upside, the location was fantastic. Easy beach access and the cute town of Boqueron is a 3 minute walk. But even so, we will not be returning here.
