Still trying to figure out if I was billed for ‘incidentals’. Evening rude desk receptionist was rude, argumentative, and aggressive. He kept stressing the possibility of incidental charges like I could expect them. The room was a dump with one outlet, which was used by the microwave and fridge. The one good thing about this place was that parking was in an interior court, which felt extremely safe. Housekeeping started knocking on the door at 9:00am! Worth paying a bit more to stay somewhere else, where you can get USB connections and extra outlets for charging devices. Zero kind of breakfast of any kind. Choice of 3 types of coffee in the lobby. Couldn’t even make some in the room.

Old but clean. Didn’t sleep well due to a room occupant in next room outside testing his car alarm, smoking, drinking and calling his dog, a real jerk. The prices are good but the bed was hard.

There was no weatherstripping under the door and dirt, garbage and cigarette butts were on the floor. There were missing lightbulbs. Dirty cracked caulk in bathroom. The plaster around the door lock was breaking off and one of the deadbolts didn’t work. The staff was really great; the owners need to take better care of their property.

All-in-all, the facility was great, no complaints at all! But the real star of the show was the Staff, Michael was above and beyond the kindest person we met along our journey! (We were relocating from Idaho to Iowa) He was so friendly / Helpful, amidst all the chaos of moving across the country, it was great to meet a very friendly person / group of people!
