The room was dirty and they left papers in the floor, really dirty, the bedsheets was in very poor condition and did not change, they do not clean the bathroom. The waiterrs did not speak a word of English and did not want to understand or help you, verybad actitude, very expensive hotel for this horrible service"

"İznik is a quiet hamlet with a lot of history. This hotel has a key location with Lake İznik a block away. Walking onto the terrace you are met with views of the mountain, the tree tops and bougainvillas along with the ancient city wall next to the property. Buffet breakfast is well attended by hotel staff. When I needed a room one floor lower due to knee problems they easily accommodated. "I was very happy with reception and pool service staff but there's a problem in the kitchen all my food which I ordered came wrong."

"The details and the pictures of the property is totally different than real one. It's written that 4 bed rooms, but there was only 3. It also written apartment has back yard and public swimming pool. When I arrived I was shocked that guests havd no access to swimming pool and the apartment on 3rd floor with tiny balcony.
