I was coming a long way, arriving late. The owner made sure it was a smooth check in. The room was very clean and the staff was nice. I was even allowed to sit in the T-Bird.

Very pleasant stay. Basic facilities that are nice and clean. Quiet at night but There is street noise during the day. If you want a more quiet stay ask for a room in the back.

Amazing! Will definitely stay here again!
Amazing and clean! Super quaint and comfortable only 20 minutes from downtown. This is a perfect place for touring musicians such as myself. The only “complaint” is that the included breakfast isn’t actually a full breakfast. The voucher is for the restaurant next door (Which is fantastic) — but it isn’t for a “continental breakfast” as listed on the coupon, rather it is for a cup of coffee, juice, and an English muffin. Not a big deal, but don’t expect a full free breakfast with your stay.

Very clean older motel with limited services
Older motel, very clean and well maintained, small room, road noise, but ear plugs provided in room! Definitely a first for me. Dissapointing TV service allows only a couple channels, plus infochannels and pay oer view. Very limited continental breakfast coupons provided for neighboring restaurant, consisting of coffee, oj, and choice of toast or english muffin only, with no exceptions printed on coupon. Good breakfast available at extra cost though. In my opinion, at $180.00 for room, should at least provide a complimentary breakfast. Overall, very clean room with minimal services.

Hi Gary, I sincerely appreciate your feedback. The one thing I need to clarify is that we have Direct TV with well over 100 channels. We have NO pay per view whatsoever. As far as the cost, peak foliage is definitely a pricey time to stay in VT. With best regards,

Great little stay out of the busy district. It has friendly staff. No coffee or snack machines and nothing is in walking distance. Tip:call the hotel directly to get a cheaper rate that third party booking. We could have saved 25.00 per night calling them direct.

The appearance of the room was about what you’d expect for this type of motel, but what it lacked in style it certainly made up for in cleanliness and friendliness. They also provided high-quality toiletries. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Old school motel right off Route 7. Everyone very nice and helpful. I couldn’t say it was fabulous cause furnishings dated (but clean) and the price was too high but everywhere is high around Burlington this time of year.

This is a good and convenient spot for a motel in Vermont a bit south of Burlington. The Dutch Mill restaurant a short walk away served an excellent breakfast. Other conveniences are not close by.

T-Birds is extremely clean. Everything was spotless. The air conditioner was a little loud. Gentleman at the desk was friendly and helpful. We like it very much.

Very nice staff, from the weekend desk clerk to the owner, who went out of her way to be sure that I got my refund for having paid both at Orbitz and at the hotel.The property reminds me of places that I stayed with my parents during family vacations in the 1950s and early 1960s (missing: the coin operated “magic fingers” bed vibrator, and the paper strip around the toilet lid and seat advising that the commode had been “sanitized for your protection”, maybe it’s a California thing. Suggest that the nightstands be updated with 110vAC outlets and USB charging ports to meet the needs of modern travelers. Location is good. We stayed there while getting my daughterOtherwise, no shortcomings. While there are no onsite dining facilities, we did receive vouchers for the nearby Blue Mill Restaurant, another example of roadside Americana of the ‘50s. Check out the photos in the restaurant lobby for a historical perspective.

Good Roadside Inn for one-night stay.
Nice motor inn. Very nice onsite owner. Room was clean and had everything needed for an overnight stay. The only issue was some questionable neighbors. One fellow appeared intoxicated or perhaps mentally ill. No harm done, but it was creepy.
