"I chose this hotel because it was listed as pet friendly. When checking in, my room was downgraded because I brought a pet. The listing should mention that pets are only allowed in some rooms. I have seen this in other hotel listings. Check-ins should be smooth and even though the front desk provided excellent service, being surprised after a long drive was annoying. "It was right off the freeway and easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Clean. Many eating options close by, some in walking distance. Gas station also close by. Was able to stop in and get a room without a reservation on the way home."
