Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a good open area for dogs and even offered treats for my puppy. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and we got a good view to the snake river. Would definitely stay there again.

This is probably the best HAMPTON INN we’ve stayed at. It’s new and right on the Snake River. They give a discount for fine dining next door at Edgewater.

We are local but booked a room so the grandkids could swim. The pool is indoors and right on the river. Water was perfect and the kids had a blast.

Specially stayed here because of the pool so the kids could swim. It was awful. There was a huge birthday party about 30 people taking up the whole place. Most of the people not even staying at the hotel. Kids were snorkeling, jumping, using floaties in the hot tub. The pool was so full of kids we could barely swim. Very disappointing stay. Also hotel was very noisy. We could hear other rooms tvs and every car going by.

We had an amazing visit. The staff was amazing and attentive. The pool was clean and warm. The rooms were clean woth awesome view of the river. Will definitely say there again.

I know Hotel experiences can vary, and I have had a good experience at this one in the past, but not so much this time. The main reason I chose this hotel was because of their photo of their breakfast, which showed fresh pressed juices, fresh fruit, etc. None of that was actually available for breakfast, it was basically the same continental breakfast that you can find at any other less expensive hotel. Also, the lady at the front desk was nice enough to change rooms as I didn’t want to have my headboard back up to the elevator running all night, but the next room I got put in smelled like spaghetti and sweat from the next room over. I didn’t want to ask to change rooms again, so I just lived with it. Unless they change their breakfast to healthier options, I probably won’t stay here again.

This was a one night stay to our road trip. Picked the hotel randomly. So pleased with our choice. Hotel appeared as it just open yesterday. So clean! Staff were out of their way nice. Front desk was so personable. After asking she was too sure to accommodate us with a River view. Room was perfect. So clean and exactly as advertised. Breakfast area super clean and food was excellent! Staff there was so nice as well! Great experience!

The hotel is new, clean and nice, but not worth $250 a night. There is nothing else in the area. There is nowhere to eat. It looks like a nice restaurant is going in next door, but it wasn't done yet. River walk with nothing on it and nowhere to go just a random empty sidewalk. Yes its on the river, but your view is completely blocked on the 2nd floor and limited on the 3rd and 4th. Why would you put tiny windows in a riverview hotel? I think it will eventually be a nice enough area to charge that price, but its not there yet. Staff were nice, but we were not given the king bed room we booked and its obvious we were given a worse room because we booked through a third party.
