"We arrived to an extremely clean and tidy accommodation with lots of home touches ie board games, Wii, good selection of dvds, wifi and an impressive welcome pack. The communication between myself and Dawn was good and my queries were answered swiftly before arrival and we had no issues during our stay. The hot tub was a great temperature and like theoughout very clean. I would highly recommend this to family and friends and there is plenty to do onsite and the fish and chip shop in the village...

"Loved staying here, it was a different experience to staying at a hotel, it was cosy and comfortable. Had a lovely patio area outside where we sat every morning with a cuppa tea, at night we enjoyed sitting under stars while watching films on our laptop. It was dog friendly and our cocker spaniel absolutely loved the stay, lots of beautiful walks around the site, people to meet and it’s less than 20 mins to Skegness for the beach. "The house was exactly as listed, very comfortable and unusually weĺl stocked with essentials. Our stay was during autumn half-term break and weather wasn't great but still plenty to do and the beach would be spectacular on a sunny day. Highly recommend."
