"We couldn’t have wanted a more perfect property to experience our first trip to Alaska. The home was beautiful inside and out, with amazing vistas all around. Getting to the house was easy with the GPS, and the trip in and out was truly amazing. The house was nicely equipped with everything we needed to get our vacation started and throughout the trip. The owner was easily accessible to answer questions and provide help when needed. The location was very good as a jumping off for trips to...

Chalet at Wolverine Lake

"Beautiful property on big lake with stunning Mt views. Swans with 7 cygnets and loons calling on the tranquil lake this morning. Also lots of fish jumping in evening and morning. Would have loved to kayak but ran out of time. New owner Greg gives great customer service and communication. The VRBO website was messed up tho and did not get good customer service from their phone staff in Africa."

"My husband and I came for business to photograph an elopement, and found this to be the perfect space for us to both work and relax. It was so cute and clean, with unmatched views of the mountains and hospitality from our hosts! We were worried about meals due to the snow and icy roads, but our host provided some snacks and supplies so that we were well taken care of. We will definitely be staying here again for our next visit to Alaska!"

"Great little cottage, very clean and Lisa was wonderful to deal with. The location was amazing, so close to the Matanuska and still close to town. The only issue I had was the water, a little sulfur smell that they said they would be working on. Love the place."

Forget Me Not Cabin
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (2)
"Cabin was great. Only gripe is poor signage on Glen Hwy made it hard to find the place. Especially on a dark, windy winter night. The house numbers along the way were too small to see very well and made it difficult to tell where we were. Cell phone navigation got us close but didn't give correct directions to driveway. Once we found the driveway, owner's directions were clear and easy to follow."
