Very badly kept. Paint chipped on inside and outside. Ants in the bathroom. Our door key stopped working twice. Had to wait 5-10 minutes at front desk for someone to fix key. No refrigerated. Unfriendly and not knowledgeable staff. Employee we asked had no idea where the ice machine was.

The hotel itself was what I expected for the price. It had a few problems, the bathrooms were worn down. It was hit or miss what you got in each room. We had two rooms the same size and one had a working tv and a table with chairs. The other room had a microwave and fridge. We didn't have a problem with the smell since we were in the "smoke free" rooms. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. And the property is in a very convenient location. They warn there's no elevator to the second floor and that noise-free rooms are not guaranteed. The noise was fine where we were. The second floor wasn't a problem for our group either. Overall, go if you're on a budget and don't expect the best quality stuff. But it wasn't a "nightmare hotel" like other reviews had me worried it'd be.

This facility was absolutely nasty! I tried to give it a chance, and i checked in. I got to my room and it reeked of stale cigarette smoke. I walked around the extremely tiny room and found feces on the wall in the bathroom. There was cigarette burn hole in the comforter, and the pillows smelled like body sweat. I left immediately and was refunded by Expedia.

The building itself is in horrible condition. The room had a moldy musty smell on top of that they require a $60 deposit to be held on your card and that is not known before hand

The beds has blood stains on them, the toilet in the one room we had would lean forward when you sat on it the rooms were also cold. The lady at the front desk was very rude when we were checking in and clearly displayed that she didn’t want us booking a room.

Had burn marks or dark dirt stains on the carpets. Still had hairs in bathtub and toilet. Paid for 2 nights and only stayed for 2 minutes and walked straight to front desk to get a refund and only got 1 night back because of “policy” 0/10 would not recommend

I liked the male staff they were really nice. I appreciated that he was able to fix my reservation. The lady who worked the night shift seemed kind of moody. This hotel is good just to sleep and go if you need something last minute. I wouldnt personally get a room for vaca. Our bathroom wasnt really clean,shower, and walls were dirty. The room itself was clean but our sheets had cigarette burns and it was a smoke free room. Not many outlets. Our key worked only 1x and we had to kept having them open our door which was annoying. Also worst part no elevator.I must say the location is convenient. Lots of places to eat/shop near by. Parking is convenient as well. Again if you just need somewhere to stay for a night or two this is perfect. You get what you pay for.

Desk clerk was very nice and tried to help with TV, originally did not show anything because HDMI cord was disconnected -- even when attached, it that only allowed us to watch 1 cannel, CNN. Remote did not work, clerk could not find another that would work. Property very run down, dirty. Bed cover was stained, top sheet was stained, walls had food splatter, toilet had fecal matter on it, bathroom floor had hair on it (have pictures). I realize we booked last minute and did not expect top of the line but basic, clean and sanitary room is expected at any price. Room had an odor when we entered. Later, our "neighbor" was clearly partaking in natural cigarettes, the smell permeated to our room. Will not stay here again.

Its obviously a hotel thats seen better days. Pretty run down, the room wasnt even big enough for a table and chair. However, it did have a fridge and microwave. And the bed was comfortable. But i could only get one channel and it was Adult Swim. But it was cheap and served its purpose.

I did not like anything. The room had a bad smell, did not have a closet door, did not have a hanging clothes rack, house keeping didn't clean it the entire time I stayed there, the staff wasn't friendly but they were not rude either.

"BEWARE, GO BACK" While it was a phrase on a Halloween decoration outside the front door, it was a warning to be heeded. Avoid this property. It is a work in progress at best. The walls and lamp shades had what appears to be barbecue sauce stains, toilet seat was not screwed to the toilet properly, the carpet was old and stained, no screens in the window which had to be open because the air conditioning was not working. A portion of the facility is being used for some sort of "longterm residential for some government program. People loitering about the property resulted in us keeping valuables in the car when we left the facility each day.

worst experience ever of my life building ruined down, crack wall, door broken, mold in bathroom, dirty in and out very very old dirty carpet with horrible smell and weird people in that hotel, feel very unsafe my kids were not ok the place should close down and expedia shouldn’t associate their business with this place. the reception dont care or maybe don’t understand the state of that hotel the lady Holy did not care and has no professional manners at all. we have to go to another hotel that same night and thank Expedia for their understanding as we were refunded DONT GO THERE EVEN FOR FREE

When I first pulled up to this place I thought I got scammed out of $112. This place shouldn’t even be $50 a night. I pull up and it looks completely abandoned! Then I check in and get up to the room, it just smells musty. The one bed the blankets were definitely not changed there was stuff ALL over that bed it was disgusting. The side table was broken, the lamp shades were so filthy you could barely tell the lights were on. Now to get to the door of the room, that thing looked like it was kicked in multiple times. It was put back on with some dry wall screws and the lock didn’t work. We walked out of the room and could open the door right back up without needing the key. 10/10 don’t recommend this sketchy hotel. Spend that extra money to stay somewhere safe and clean.

The room smelled like air freshener covering up a bad odor. The bathroom tile was broken and towel rack broken off. Hotel was sold out so couldn’t even ask to change rooms. A positive the front desk staff was friendly.
