Bed was comfy, room was quiet and clean. We felt safe, and there is a starbucks in the parking lot that was very convenient for my coffee drinking family . Staff was friendly. We would stay here again.

When I arrived, the closet door was off its track and hanging precariously over the bed. So I didn’t unpack, instead I returned to the front desk to let them know of the issue, expecting to be moved to another room. Oh yes, said the desk clerk, she k is all about it, but it was t dangerous or anything. So I returned to the room. The next morning, on check out, I suggested to another desk clerk that it would be better to remove the door altogether rather than having it hanging at an angle over the bed. She didn’t know anything about the door and promised to get someone to look at it. Bizarre.

The people operating this facility were especially helpful and congenial! Was so impressed with the staff. I would also add that the pool was excellent and our kids really enjoyed it.

Overall the stay was very nice. Breakfast in the morning was well staffed. The maid service was questionable. I left a note that the bath wash was empty on the first morning but it was not refilled. Don’t know if she ignored it or can’t read English. Tainted an otherwise nice stay.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Hotel is literally right across the street from the airport. They had a really nice indoor pool and jacuzzi and a great hot breakfast. Easy access to freeway. My drive to Niagara Falls was very easy to and from this location.

Only one person at the front desk on a holiday weekend. Very nnice but not too efficient. At the pool, no towels (and only one person at the desk) couldnt get an ice bucket. Very rude people in the piol. My kids were in thenwhirpool and they got in and overloaded and mune had to get out. They were letting there kids run up and down the pool deck and there were several falls and noone addressed it. When i said something to one of the kids (about 15) he gave me a dirty look. He went and told his mother and she caame over and chewed me out. My kids were in the pool when she got pushed in, they went to the whirlpool aat that time and thats when the whole family of eight got in on top of them andnthey had to move from there. What are we to expect from our children but a grunt with parentnts like that

I really appreciate Chantel Eddy and Sashawn Paisley! The girls were amazing during our staycation to swim. Great customer service and very clean. Cannot say enough about them and our hotel stay.

Nice clean rooms. The only complaint would be the televisions are too small and outdated. In addition they don’t allow you to hook up your own fire stick, etc. TVs are only 32 inches.

You tricked me
One of the features of a stay that every traveler expects is free WiFi. Imagine my surprise when after leaving the hotel I received an email giving me a receipt for $4.95 for data service I didn’t agree to. I certainly believe this trick way of doing business is not the fault of the hotel manager or their staff, it’s from the owner of the hotel chain. It is very sad that in this country more and more companies are trying to trick people to agree to services they don’t want or need. That is what happened to me and for that I won’t used Fairfield by Marriott ever again. You can have my $4.95, I guess you are more desperate than me.

Our sheets had blood and other bodily fluids on them. We called the front desk and they couldn't get us another room because they were completely full. They brought up the wrong size sheets and it took awhile for them to get the right size bedding to us. We had to change the sheets ourselves. The front desk guys tried to make it right buy giving us a bunch of snacks. The workers were nice, but it did not make up for the fact that we felt uncomfortable in the be the whole night. I was told on the phone that they would comp us. Still waiting for that to happen.
