Nice little hotel....
Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast lady bit grumpy.... Rooms are fantastic but air conditioning bit dodgy and bathrooms had an odd smell but this didn’t impact our stay.

A relaxing few nights in Palermo
A good stay in a very comfortable hotel in Palermo. Within a 10 minute walk, there are a wide variety of eateries and bars and the area felt safe and easy to explore. The rooms were very comfortable, of contemporary design all with balconies. Very spacious and stylish design throughout - minimalist styling but effective lighting. A good breakfast selection is offered, until 11:00 or 11:30 on weekends so ideal for a leisurely start after the many local bars. The hotel has a small but nice pool area with areas to relax and enjoy the sun. The hotel never felt busy and only had around 20 rooms so no pressure on the pool.

We had an awesome 2 story room on the second floor, that when we first arrived we thought would be awesome. We left for dinner and came back and it smelled terrible (essentially like the floor below had cooked something on their oven and we were getting the smell upstairs). This never really went away. We booked a transfer from AEP to the hotel and were told it would be 16 USD, but were charged 2000 ARS (~32 dollars). We also booked a transfer to the airport at the time of booking, but that reservation didn't stick. We asked the front desk to help us (re)book the transfer and that we wanted to pay credit card or have it charged to the room, he said he would do it, and booked us a taxi that only took cash (our last day in BA so we had worked to spend all our cash already). Overall, it looked REALLY nice, but probably wasn't worth it.

Lovely Boutique Hotel in Buenos Aires
I had a balcony apartment on the 2nd floor which included a kitchenette. Very nice front desk staff, clean and comfortable room, a/c unit worked great. Hotel is on a quiet street in Palermo with a Carrefour grocery store 1.5 blocks away. 25 minutes from downtown BA and Uber or Cabify easy to use. Only concern is I booked the room based on have a kitchen available but you have to request if you want cookware or utensils and the mini-fridge is already stocked with beverages for purchase. I was here for a week on business and work a lot from the room. Would have preferred to have these items available as expected based on booking a room with kitchen amenity. Overall highly recommend and would stay here again.

Atempo Design Hotel is a small establishment located in the unique district of Palermo, safe for walking and with a very good choice of restaurants and bars. The hotel is clean and the staff were polite and obliging. They have a nice back terrace with a pool which I did not use, breakfast was a buffet which though not comprehensive was very adequate. If you come by car parking would be an issue. Would stay there again. Check the pasta restaurant two doors down - excellent!

Great choice in Palermo
Atempto was a great choice with extremely large rooms, especially the loft suites. There is some wear showing and the rooms can get a lot of noise from neighbouring suites, but overall a solid choice in a great area of Palermo.

The hotel seems like an appartment building converted into a hotel. It is relatively new, well maintained, spacious and clean. The room and the bed are comfortable. The location is good, about 7 blocks from the closest sumway station (subte). The staff is nice and attentive. We did not use the outdoor areas which include a pool and a patio wich look very inviting

the hotel is very nice, the rooms are much bigger than any other conventional hotel room, very confortable, especially if you are travelling with kids. Its a bit far from recoleta and the city centre but its worth it !

Clean, great location, many fantastic restaurants and bars in easy walking distance, good breakfast, nice room with lots of space, and very friendly and helpful staff. Only (small) downsides were some street noise (our room had a balcony over the street) and it was about a 10-15 minute walk to the subway.

The staff dampened our experience, which would have otherwise been a lovely stay as it’s a beautiful property with stunning rooms. They were unfriendly, rude and not accommodating. Upon arrival to our room, we noticed that the bath water was coming out black/grey. We switched rooms THREE times until we got a room with clean water. When we originally asked for a new room, they told us they had nothing left. It took 3 inspections for them to budge and set us up with a new room. On day 2, the reception failed to let us know that our tour guide had come to pick us up. Instead of notifying us, he told the tour guide that we were not able to make the tour because we were eating (??) and we missed transportation to our excursion. This was very disappointing and frankly, felt mishandled. The

Dear Shida, First of all thank you for taking the time to write us. From the Atempo hotel we invite you to get in touch with us to tell us more about your experience. We notice that everything that describes what happened during your stay at any time you and your companion described us. For start I remember that we allow you to enter 5 hours before the check-in time free of charge as well as take some breakfast at no charge. On the other hand, you mention that you had problems with your bathtub, but never notified of the problem. You also mention that we changed the room on the third day. This is impossible since you always stayed in the same room and as we mentioned before, we never notice that you have had any problem in your room. On the second day, you mentions that we never told you, that they came to pick up for an excursion. This is not real either, since nobody came to look for you (I was in the reception that day) and also that same day in the morning you used the bike rental service of our hotel during the whole day (We have signed contract). Having said all this, we do not understand the reason for your comments and the story of your experience during your stay at our hotel. I hope all this was just a misunderstanding. Have a nice day.

Definitely a hidden gem.
First off just let me say this is definitely a hidden gem in the Palermo area of Beunos Aires..If your looking for a nice quite place this is where you need to be staying.If your looking for great cafes and wine bars this is the place to stay.If you are looking for a great hotel staff Chrstian,Daniel,Pablo,and Gustav are top notch.They will help you with all your needs and any questions you may have.This will be my futre place to stay when in Beunos Aires.So please do yourself a favor and check Atempo Design Hotel for your stay you won't regret it.

Proximity to all the restaurants, bars and boutique in Palermo was close by but far enough away that you don’t need to be deluged by sensory overload. 2-3 blocks walk and it’s all there!

Quiet, clean and comfortable
Atempo was my home away from home for 5 days while I explored Palermo and Recoletta. My room on the 9th floor was bright, spacious and quiet. The balcony was a great place to hang out and enjoy the sunset after a long day of sightseeing. The location was perfect, in the middle of Palermo Hollywood a short walk from the subway and Palermo SoHo. All the trendy wine bars and restaurants, yet removed from the hustle amd bustle of central BA. For running, head to Rosedal Garden!

Spacious lofts
The lofts are very spacious. The location is also amazing, in a cobble street close to many restaurants and bars. Would stay again.

Nice hotel in Palermo Hollywood.
Everything ok. Nice hotel. The only thing to say that the shower did not have much pressure.

Fun in Palermo!
Great boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo...which is now my favorite section of town. Great restaurants, bars, shopping, etc.

Pleasant but not very efficient.
The hotel is well designed and has very nice, large, modern comfortable rooms. The hotel staff, while reasonably friendly do not provide much service or help. I had several questions about the neighborhood and how to get around and did not get any helpful response. The Palermo location, while very pleasant is not central and there was a major construction next door which was rather noisy in the morning.

Cute, quaint boutique hotel in Palermo
We love staying at the Atempo. It's a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of food. Rooms are super clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Most speak English. Free breakfast. The one drawback is the room service is questionable.
