The rooms are very old. Toilet, shower area and sink in baths is from the 1960’s. Good location. Pool closed yet it’s over 90 degrees outside aka “closed for fall” while pool at Nextdoor hotel opened!

The curtains are mouldy. The bathroom is also mouldy. The receptionist is just doing the job and not professional enough to welcome you as a guest. I cancelled the rest of my 2 bookings in this hotel. I will not recommend this hotel at all. I hope I can upload some pictures to show.

The Air conditioning is the old type stuck on windows ( not the split ones) noisy, and doesn't get cool. There is construction going on on the top floor ( I was on 3rd floor) or maybe the building just next to it, so you have to be awake before 8am. One of the night there was no power, I was left with pending office work, no charge of mobile, and couldn't sleep the whole night !! they just ignored my complaints and said contact your booking !

wonderful 8 day stay
the staff was excellent and very helpful - even with a bit of language barrier. the rooms were a bit outdated but not an issue for us location was excellent - close to the main drag, we found many wonderful restaurants near by.

Serious construction work next door and no warning from hotel nor apology. At 8am the hammering started then at 8.30am the Jack hammers started. We only arrived off a flight at 3am so had very little sleep. From previous reviews this work has been going on for a year so why not warn us and apologise? Also I did not get my VIP gift.

The location is great and the staff are nice. I don't know if we had received any VIP benefits. There's a bottle of wine in the room but we weren't sure whether it's complimentary or charged. Anyway, there wasn't any wine opener. The room was clean but pretty old. For Ramada, it was a little disappointing. The two elevators are very small and are full with two guests and two suitcases. The building next door was under renovation during the day time, starting at about 8 AM, which was quite loud.

Very good location Very friendly front desk staff I hated the personnel in the breakfast area. Very rude. Almost snatched things from you at closing time. After a couple of days I understood. There were a lot of people eating like pigs and stuffing food and fruits in their purses and backpacks to carry out. Very disgusting. My only complaint is that I paid at the front desk with my Apple Card. They converted the US dollar at the official rate instead of the tourist rate as stated by law. We left a day earlier and they would not refund the extra day. They referred us to Expedia instead of processing the refund locally I am still waiting for their reply on the refund.

Very nice place to stay night before cruise. Nice breakfast before leaving to cruise. Easy walk to nearby restaurants and market (for wine to take on cruise).

The worst hotel I have stayed in: harmful to healt
Awful experience in the hotel, don't stay there. My main complaints are: 1. I used a hotel room partly for my work in the morning and it was extremely noisy due to reconstruction of nearest building (use of impact hammers). 2. We were not able to open a window during the day as it was lots of dust in the air due to heavy construction. 3. Mold on the walls and in the bathroom. 4. Poor working of air condition and serious doubt on whether AC system have been disinfected according to the standards (smell of mold). 5. Outdated furniture in the room. 6. Poor breakfast without any vegetables. Also fruits were rotten many days. 7. Pool not maintained well. The water smelled strongly of chlorine and after entering the pool I had serious itching for several days.

Four nights stay
An old hotel that you really need to slam the door to close it. Not far from Theater Colon. Breakfasts are good. We were told it was not so safe around the hotel at night

EL PEOR HOTEL DE BUENOS AIRES. NO CAIGAN ACÁ
Fue la peor estadía que he tenido en la última década. El hotel no solo estaba sucio en la habitaciones y en las zonas comunes, si no que no servían los ascensores por lo cual tuve que subir y bajar múltiples veces hasta el piso 14. El desayuno no tenía de alimentos. Café y pan, poca fruta. Es un robo pagar por este hotel. Es un hotel que parece de hace 50 años, completamente viejo y destrozado. No le han hehco nada de mantenimiento.
