We had a nice welcome, the breakfasts were hearty and the staff friendly. We even made new friends over coffee. It's a short walk to the trolley stop and from there, Budapest and the world.

I really enjoyed my stay here!!! The staff were super friendly, my room was big and clean, close walking distance to the Buda Castle. Overall enjoyed my stay!!!

A quick walk to all the attractions.
Great little hotel near many attractions. Clean, good breakfast and excellent service. Our only issue was the rock hard mattresses in our room….but we still loved this place.

Great location on the Buda (quiet) bank very close to castle. Limited options for eating compared to Pest, but some excellent although expensive options. Bathrooms very small with plastic shower curtains, some baths and sinks draining slowly causing minor bathroom flooding. Lots of breakfast available, limited room if busy.

Clean and tidy hotel with friendly helpful staff. Decor a little tired and breakfast limited but adequate. Good value for an excellent location close to Pest centre with excellent public transport links using BudapestGO app.

A nice stay
This hotel is located in Buda and I was glad for taking a taxi from the train station, as it took me a bit of time later on to figure out the buses and trams nearby. It is a typical European hotel, room had all what is needed, but a bit dated bathroom. What was great is the friendliness and professionalism of staff at reception. I was departing too early on the 2nd night, so they organised for me a pack with some breakfast items to take.

Do not stay here
We arrive and were told there was no air conditioning due to it being broken. They did not offer us anything else to help us keep cool. The temperature in Budapest was 28 so we were extremely hot. Our toilet was broken and we requested to be moved room, this seemed like an issue for the hotel. We were told our room would also have garden views but there weren't garden views from any of the rooms (I asked other guests). The food was okay but not a great selection, you have to pay for tea and coffee which is not the norm for hotels. I was very disappointed wry the room, it was basic and put dated, with stains on the carpet and walls. The listing says English is a language but it is very hard to communicate with the staff. Overall this hotel ruined my trip and would not recommend it to my worst enemy!

We had a planned replacement of the complete air conditioning system, which took longer than expected due to the necessary permits. As an alternative, we had purchased 20 fans to provide some relief. We apologize if this was not communicated to you properly.We are sorry to hear about the issue with the toilet. We would like to remind you that our colleague offered you another room to change and also provided the key to access the other bathroom while waiting for the repair. We apologize if there was any miscommunication, but our intention was to ensure your comfort and convenience during your stay.It is regrettable that you were not satisfied with the view of your room. We have a limited number of rooms facing the garden, while the others face the street. We do our best to accommodate guest preferences when possible, but when the hotel is fully booked, it may not always be feasible to provide specific room views or balconies. We kindly inform you that the hot and cold beverages are included as part of the breakfast service. Furthermore, each room is equipped with complimentary coffee, tea, and kettle facilities for your convenience. We are really sorry to hear that this did not meet your expectations.We apologize if there was a language barrier during your communication with us. All of our staff speak languages, including English and German. However, it is possible that you may have interacted with the floor staff who may have limited English proficiency. Comfortable bed, spacious, quiet room with good blackout curtains. Not great water pressure in the shower but good enough. Breakfast was very basic and very poor quality coffee. Unless you need to eat very early in the morning, I'd avoid. But almost nowhere opens before 9 or even 10am in Budapest! But Zileat down the road does AMAZING brunch. V close to Rudas and Gellert baths and the wonderful walk up to the Citadel. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the location is excellent. It is not the most modern hotel, but it is in great condition and maintained very well. Any problems we had were taken care of immediately. We have already stayed there twice and will most likely stay again when we visit my husbands family in Budapest.

Beautiful location in the heart of Budapest
Nice, clean rooms, bathrooms and breakfast area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Busy street in zbudapest but rooms are very quiet. Great public transportation in walking distance from the hotel. Good (very) breakfast, several nice restaurants nearby.

It was in a good location, but we asked for a quiet room and we were not impressed with being allocated a room next to the lift and the maids store room. It was ridiculously noisey on Saturday night and Sunday morning. This ruined our impession of the hotel, what part of quiet was difficult to understand!

Great place to stay
Would not hesitate to stay there again. They very graciously allowed us to check in early after our morning disembarkation. They were very kind, helpful and understanding of our circumstances after my husband lost his wallet. Transport to airport was extremely reasonable. Room was very comfortable. Great location. Reasonable/short walking distance to many things including Hop on/off Bus, restaurants, bike rentals etc. Not the Marriot or any of the other chain hotels, but very nice and provides the local atmosphere.

This a small and efficient property. It is situated in a quiet area very close to the castle and tram lines. The hotel is within walking distance of the Elisabeth bridge. The hotel is comfortable and the breakfast is a simple but tasty one with eggs made fresh to order. The staff are very friendly and i would stay here again.

The hotel is a bit off the tourist path but the tram is just literally one minute away and from there you can access the entire city quickly. The room was clean and large with good quiet AC. The bathroom was normal size. The manager was very helpful. WiFi was good. Really an excellent choice and I would stay there again.
