I stayed in the apartment with the street view and it was excellent. Beautiful view of O street. There was a balcony too which I would have used quite a bit had my trip not taken place in winter. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, and modern. My only (minor) quibble is that I would have preferred to have a TV in the bedroom as opposed to the living room as I need to have something playing in the background while I sleep.

Brodway apartment is on extra location, near Opera, Anrasy bulevar and metro.Bathroom is like in some old hotels.We have pparking garage with extra charge of 15e per day it is under the building and we get lift for car.Rooms are very warm all day and night.

Not very good. Air-condition not working especially in the sweltering heat. Apparently customers have to pay additional fee for the remote . This was not advertised . Reception very unfriendly bordering on rude. Good location!

Nice location
It's a hostel not a hotel. How ever if you want to do your own cooking it's great. Bring your own toiletries as these are not supplied. Toilet roll supplied only. But great place to stay. Perfect location wit balconies.

No frills option with significant compromises
This is a no frills budget option that should only appeal to people wanting to maximize value and are willing to accept a few compromises. Issues I encountered: - no lighting in the elevator lobby before you get past the second set of doors, so I had to use my iPhone light to even find the handle to the second door - dark stairwell and corridors as they are unlit and have no sensor activated lights, they are all manual switches on timers that you need to locate by looking for the small green light on each of them, good luck seeing the stairs in an emergency - circuit breaker was tripped as soon as I turned on the lights to the room, the receptionist knew exactly where to reset it, so I presume it's happened before - furniture was plentiful but very rudimentary and uncomfortable, the stained couch and bed were way too firm, and one of the easy chairs was basically a wooden box frame with very thin upholstery - while lying on the couch, I encountered three bed bugs in about half an hour - after taking the couch/bed apart, i did not find any serious infestation, but found two other bigger bugs of some sort - I kept my bags packed and did not put anything near the couch - the bed in the other room seemed fine after a close inspection, so I slept there instead - there were a lot of extra linens and pillows in numerous cabinets, to the point where you know that they aren't regularly cleaned - no shampoo, only hand soap provided - air conditioning is an extra cost

Great Apt for the location, price and confort
Excellent Location, walking distance to everything, Apt clean 5th-floor w/lift. it was all Ikea furniture: ) it had a washer and dryer full kitchen, excellent shower with 3 differents heads, nice living room with great decoration. If you are American and not use to duvet covers, I will suggest to google and get why it is easy and better to have a duvet cover. The apt is located two streets away from front desk. it does have a nightclub right in front, but only open crazy hours on Friday and Saturdays so if u are not a party person plan on going away for those days ( trip to Vienna are really reasonable price) if you go for a week to Budapest, try to buy the week transportation ticket it is only like $6 dollars and you can use it even to go to the airport.

Good price and size
The apartment was spacious and with all necessary facilities. Just, in case of a longer booking, you may prepare for a self cleaning as during my 10 days stay the cleaner was there only once and at my request. Generally it's not a problem but at least they should throw out the garbage bins more often and change towels more than once, like in my case. Be also aware about the noise from the nearby pub/disco which won't stop till early morning, mainly on weekends.

Do NOT STAY HERE - My things were STOLEN!
I have stayed here 5 times before over the last year. But this time my laptop and necklace were STOLEN from my LOCKED HOTEL room! Staff must of had a key, gone in and taken my things when they us leaving that day. I know this can happen anywhere, but what really upset me was that when I run done to reception the receptionist was not the least bit surprised and said it had happens before in the summer. To enter my room you would have to pass two security fob doors, at least two cameras and have a key to the front door. When the police came, they called forensics who then said there was no point, happens all the time here. NO ONE looked at the hotels CCTV cameras. When we wrote to the manager she confirmed that she had not looked at the cameras! By looking at the cameras they could of seen who went in and out the building that day and at least narrowed down the number of suspects. No one gave a damm about how important my laptop was, it was not about the money, it is about the fact that I am student, can not afford to replace it and had to struggle through the last four weeks of uni without a laptop. I am a repeat customer, I have stayed here 5 times in the last year and you would think that they would care about not loosing regular customers, but that is clearly not the case.

A comfortable, safe, and basic stay
I really enjoyed my stay here. At first I was surprised that there wasn't a private bedroom (it's an open concept) but that was likely my mistake for not reading that part when booking. The location is amazing and right between the 3 major metro lines. Everything is basically walkable from here too. The staff are friendly and helpful too. Some previous reviews mentioned it very loud here but considering my stay was 3 weeks and there were maybe 2 nights when it was loud, it really wasn't a big deal. The building was safe and the area in general was busy and very safe. I will definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Budapest!

Centrally located, spacious
Had a great time here. Restaurants, little coffee shops, grocery stores are only steps away. Public transportation is really good. We got a great size apartment, it's a great value for the money. Theatres are a short walking distance, we got tickets and saw a Broadway style musical with English subtitle. We had a great time here.

Great location
Great apartment. Stayed with a friend and it was a perfect size for us (actually quite big). The room has a double bed but staff offered to come and make up the sofa bed for us. The lady on reception was very friendly and very helpful, giving good advice of things to see and helping to call a taxi on our return to the airport. Great location - within walking distance of major places of interest (we walked everywhere so no need for metro/travel card). Particularly close to the Basilica and Opera House. Apartment was well furnished. We didn't use the kitchen but there was plenty of room and facilities for cooking. A little bit of evening noise from nearby but no problem sleeping. Plenty of places nearby for food (although I understand the downstairs bar may be doing breakfasts soon?). Highly recommend for a well-placed and very affordable stay.

Location was excellent, However...
The apartment itself and location was excellent. But it was clear that it was in a certain state of neglect. Fixtures in the bathroom would fall off, some mold on the grout in the showers, no one even bothered to put batteries into the clock on the wall, the remote wasn't even for the TV in the apartment, and I wasn't entirely sure that anyone had recently washed or changed the linens. The first night involved two flat sheets placed horizontally that didn't actually fit the bed enough to cover the mattress. The pillows were small square cushions that you might find on a sofa. Extra pillows and comforter was available in the drawers however no cases for them were to be found and the extra pillows though bigger had stains on them and were quite dusty. When this was brought to the attention of the staff it was as if we were bothering them, and their solution to the remote control was to give us batteries. Though it was appreciated that after we voiced our displeasure twice, the next day they did come and give us fresh towels and a change of linens on the bed that actually fit and placed a cover on the comforter. The apartment itself could be quite nice and comfortable if a little additional effort was placed. Also be advised that though there is a TV there are NO international channels so your only option will be equivalent to MTV if you are an English speaker.

They only provide housekeeping one day for every five days that you stay (per their policy). No soap or shampoo provided at all, even by the housekeepers on day of arrival, or on day five of the stay. Therefore, we had to purchase our own toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. Had to take out my own trash out to the street. Shower curtain was so flimsy and cheap that it was basically non-functional. Bedsheets had holes in them. No breakfast or room service. No phone in the room. Had to pay extra money (10 dollars per day) for them to give you the remote control to the air conditioner to turn it on. Television was from the late 1990's, at best. No channels on the TV were in English. Cheap small pillows and a very hard uncomfortable bed. No electricity converters for 110 voltage. No check in allowed before 2PM. Very noisy nightclub next-door to the hotel. For me to give a rating of two is being very generous.

I took my three children who are in their early 20s for a weekend break and stayed in one of their apartments. It was clean, roomy and had everything we wanted. Great location for seeing all the attraction and the staff were very friendly and very helpful accommodating.

D'abord, les dates que vous indiquez ne sont pas les bonnes: ma réservation allait du 27au 29 février. J'ai dû demander à changer d'appartement, le 1er, au 1er étage, étant abimé par des fissures au plafon de toutes les pièces, et poussiéreux. Le 2ème appartement, au 4ème étage, était un peu moins poussiéreux, mais j'ai dû nettoyer le chauffe-serviettes avant de l'utiliser. Les étoffes des canapés et du chemin de table étaient maculés de tâches très visibles, un pantalon d'enfant avait été oublié dans une armoire, et la machine à laver était sale,le tambour rouillé, avec une vieille poudre à laver collée.

Let's start with the good: The location is central and there is extra duvet and pillows in the closet, it's cheap and the wifi was also good! The bad how ever: Its filthy! The walls are dirty, the shower is disgusting! Theres a moldy smell. The walls are peeling. The bed is uncomfortable. There is no light in the hallways. No smoke detector and the heater to warm the room is very dusty so we were scared to use it. The sofa almost feels like bricks. There was no place for the towel in the toilet room. We were so unhappy with the room that we ended up moving to a hotel nearby.

クリーニング料金が宿泊費に含まれているにも関わらず、3週間の滞在で一度も部屋掃除は無かった。 タオルの交換も無く毎日洗濯した。 立地は良い。

최악 중에 최악 (The worst of the worst hotel and site)
분명히 옵션에 에어컨이 있는데 실제로는 에어컨이 없었다. 호텔에서 취소를 해달라고 하니 직접 하라고 한다. 그래서 나는 다른 숙박시설에 묵으면서 호텔스닷컴에 새벽까지 기다려서 한국시간 9시에 전화했고, 다음날 아침에 전화했는데 호텔스닷컴에서 아무런 조치가 없고 콜백도 없다. 담당자는 이전 사항을 전혀 모르고 있고, 호텔 측에 전화했는데 받지 않는다는 얘기만 하고 필요한 조치를 하지 않았다. 따로 이메일이나 해결할 수 있는 창구도 없고 전화는 대기만 해외통화로 30분 이상을 했다. 최악의 호텔과 최악의 호텔스닷컴이다. Obviously there was an air conditioner in the option, but there was no air conditioner in reality. I ask the hotel to cancel, and they tell me to do it myself. So I stayed in another accommodation and called Hotels.com at 9 a.m. Korean time (working time). There was no action and no callback from Hotels.com 2 different person in charge did not know anything about the relocation, only to call the hotel, and told me they did not answer it, and did not take the necessary action. There was no window for e-mail or resolution, and the call was made for more than 30 minutes on the overseas call. It is the worst hotel and the worst hotels.com

Апартаменты на четверочку. Две большие комнаты, раздельный санузел. Расположение очень удобное. Цена разумная. Из минусов. Мебель старовата. Сантехника тоже скоро будет требовать замены. Кондиционер - за дополнительную плату. Если собираетесь в Будапешт для прогулок по городу, а не сидения в номере, этот вариант очень хорош. Отдельно отмечу замечательный кубинский бар около входа, его держит очень дружелюбная пожилая пара, обязательно посетите!
