"The hotel has so much character. Our hotel room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast options were excellent with additional all day restaurant meal options. The staff were always available to assist and were very polite. The location was suitable for our needs for sightseeing."

"Staff very welcoming and friendly. Lovely and clean,spacious, bright and light, newly refurbished, modern decor. W had a one bed apt with sofa bed in lounge. Lovely shower with nice shower gel and lovely coffee machine and Nicole little toaster, 2 dishwasher tablets provided and tea towel with washing up liquid was handy.main bed very hard but sofa bed very nice and soft, no aircon so really suffered at night even with the windows open, very noisy at night as had to sleep with windows open due to no aircon, but noise echoed around the quad from people, fire alarms waking us up two nights in a row, ambulances etc, so didn’t get a lot of sleep due to this. Chain on door had been bent at some point so didn’t help as added layer of security, also the large metal bolt across door didn’t work either, so had to just rely on locked door. Couldn’t get sage to work or the grill in the oven, and light switch fell off in the toilet so had to click that back in place which was a pain as that happened a few times. Didn’t feel safe going into the apt block as anyone could walk in and use the lift to the various levels as swipe access didn’t work to the block entrance. Fantastic location, just a few snags to be sorted and you would be getting 10/10 rating"
