"The hotel is okay. It serves a purpose and is quite cheap. Close to the airport and the therme spa. Poor English spoken. I was also charged 2 times luckily my bank has refunded me. I paid on the link sent by hotels.com then they said they couldn’t see the payment and took my payment again when I thought they was checking my card details to find my payment. "property is among the field , lovely location away from city. quite and nice. Only issue is no lift in the hotel and no reception staff if you arrive late, had to wait at the gate and security to arrive took 10 minutes. "

"There was no staff there when we arrived at 1130pm WE called the front desk and could hear the phone ringing but there was no one there to answer it! WE had to go to another hotel (Holiday Inn)"
