We arrived on a day where the systems were being upgraded, and a few issues with our room, but the staff worked their hardest to sort it out.
Pros:
- The staff were excellent. Some might be a little inexperienced and had to go up the chain, but the willingness to help was definitely there, especially on a day when systems were being upgraded and everyone was stressed.
- Location was decent. 5 mins walk to the metro, walkable to the old town as well as food and shops. Quiet in the evenings.
Cons:
- The hotel room was stifling HOT as air conditioning wasn't on yet this time of year. With the huge windows, the temperature was like a sauna at times. Might be better in later part of year when aircon is turned on.
- The initial room we were put in was a little weird. There was ciggerette smells in the room, the kettle had soap in it.
- Room condition was a little dated. Shower kept leaking water out into the main area.
