"If you want a relaxing stay, forget this hotel. On Saturdays the afternoon bar is still closed at 4 pm, on Sundays they don't serve meals, not even in the bar...and worst of all...they book rooms with breakfast, but it's continental...meaning...you stay in a closed room, alone and without access to a normal breakfast...Be very careful. And my reservation was for an executive room. Otherwise...The reception staff were not helpful at all. The worst. Never again."

"The airport shuttles are not continuous. I had to take a cab to the hotel. Once at the hotel, I had to wait to check in, as the front desk is not manned continually. I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. I asked to have my room serviced, and the front desk started to push back and required me to insist that they service the room. The hotel appears to be structured for a single night's stay."

"Friendly atmosphere, clean, lots of tables & chairs to chat & eat on ground floor. Very helpful staff. 3 min walk from Diegem station. At checkout Jun 9, a gentlemen at concierge & maintenance gent helped me break the manual padlock on my luggage as I misplaced the key. They did the extra mile without much fuss to help me with my unusual problem. Very much appreciated!"
