The room pictured on Expedia is not what you get. The actual room is very dated, old decor, old bed, old paintings and the bathroom is much smaller and dated as well. This was not a 4 star experience more like a 3 star, be prepared to be woken up all morning by house cleaning staff around the room making all kinds of. Crazy noises. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Recommend pleasant hotel
Was staying over only to get flight at BRU the next day. I chose this hotel for its good price and airport shuttle. The hotel was very comfortable and clean, staff very professional and pleasant. Only disappointment was that I was informed that the day I was to go to the airport was a bank holiday, so the shuttle would not run. Would have chosen a hotel closer to the airport had I known in advance. Still would recommend the hotel.

Comfortable, excellent service, incredibly clean
The interior decor of the communal areas of the hotel is a little dated (in the corridors for example), but the rooms are modern, bright and well appointed. My room was extremely clean and the water pressure in the shower was just great, the shower was also HUGE! The staff were exceptionally helpful and the room service was delicious.

I used to line in the area and I always thought what it was like inside the hotel. The hotel is in a square with lots of dining choices and even a pastry shop. The shower was good but the bottom of the shower when there is soap is REALLY slippery, we had to place a towel on the bottom of the shower. If not for this I would have given the hotel 5 stars.

Liked the taxi parking right out front. Beds were rolely polely and bathrooms way too tiny. Restaurant was expensive and food was not great.

Overall it was ok. Further from the airport than expected. Airport shuttle was not available when we arrived . They reimbursed cab fare. However, the following morning we had to pay for a cab Euro 30 to get to airport as they only operate free shuttle during the week. I did not see that in the reservation.

The woman that checked us in was very informative… The car service gentleman was friendly, polite, and efficient. Both of them deserve a raise.

Comfortable in a nice neighborhood
We used their convenient airport shuttle to get to the hotel. It is located in a nice neighborhood. Staff made recommendation for a very late lunch. Later we had a drink at the bar and a snack. Room was comfortable and the shower was very nice. Next morning we took the shuttle back to the airport. Would be happy to use this hotel again.

We liked the safety measures they took. We forgot to take our key when we went to breakfast. The cleaning lady politely referred us to front desk and front desk requested an ID in order to issue another key. That was excellent.

Good choice
I chose this hotel because it had an airport shuttle. I needed somewhere to sleep during my 16 hr layover. I contacted the hotel and they gave me great instructions and made it easy to catch the shuttle from the airport. The hotel was very clean, there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the breakfast was good.

Free airport shuttle is working partially
We chose this hotel because it was advertised as they offer free shuttle from and to the Brussels airport. Yet, there is no way, other than call them on the regular phone to schedule pick up from the airport. As we were coming overseas, we didn’t have phone service, and the hotel haven’t responded to my previous emails, there was no other way then to pay for the taxi to go to the Brussels suburb where the hotel is located. Transfer shuttle to the airport was smooth though, they even made an exception to arrange earlier pick up, since we made mistake showing up one hour earlier to the front desk. The hallways to the rooms are really, really strange. You'll need to walk quite far to your room from the elevator trough the labyrinth of narrow and very stuffy hallways. There is quate strong smell of dust when the elevator door open. Honestly, I was bit afraid before we entered our room, but once you are inside, the room is clean and bright. Bed is comfortable with high quality linens and the bathroom is squeaky clean. In short, I wouldn’t choose the same hotel again for layover in Brussels. It is relatively far from the airport and the free airport shuttle is working only partially.

Disappointed with no airport shuttle service
The reason I picked this far away from downtown hotel (bus takes more than 40 minutes to downtown) is, on hotel.com website, it claims "a free airport shuttle", but IT IS ONLY on WEEKDAYS, NOT on WEEKENDS! The website should make this clear! Other than that, the hotel is clean, room is fine, front desk is helpful, service is good.

We loved the Nespresso machine in the lobby, the hotel has a wonderful smell throughout. The breakfast is $20 and if it were not included would not be worth it honestly. Great restaurant near by Le Lion Belge and an amazing pastry shop across the street. Would highly recommend.

Not worth it. No shuttle on weekends
No shuttle on weekends. This is a big disappointment, and make no sense because, when do people travel the most? The weekend, so why would a hotels not offer the shuttle on the weekends. The only reason I got this hotels was for the shuttle. The area is ok. The room had hairs on the bed when I arrived.
