It was old and run down really bad. This was first time ever staying at comfort inn but was not impressed at all

Room needs refurbishing. Not very clean. Drapes falling off. No shelves in bathroom to hang towels or put anything.

Property is OK for a quick stop over however, needs renovation and the room doors are very loud closing at night. There is no way to close them quietly.

The elevator had a really bad smell throughout our stay at this hotel. Our towels had rips in them and had some dirt on it our first night. Our room was not cleaned at all throughout our stay either. The staff was friendly but that's about it.

Specifically rented this hotel for the indoor pool and it was closed for “renovation” our entire stay. No one was working on the pool, nor in the room what so ever. Pool was full and was running as was the hot tub.
We were allowed access for our 3 days there.
Extremely poor service in my opinion.

If you love your family, do not book a stay for them at this hotel! Disgusting! Filthy! NOTHING works! Smells disgusting, moldy, mildew, rust, broken drywall EVERYWHERE! Mysterious BROWN SMEARS on walls! Feels like a checked into a 3rd world country in GA, USA!!!

Read the previous reviews and was expecting ‘you get what you paid for’ experience. Other than the musty smell upon entering the building, our experience was very pleasant. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Room location was surprisingly quiet. Hot breakfast was typical but there was fresh fruit and even Nutella. The staff member handling the breakfast was super friendly and helpful.

The Front Desk was wonderful and the room was wonderfully spacious and clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and coffee plentiful. This was just an overnight stay over Thanksgiving holiday. Looking forward to staying here again on out next trip.
The place was nice. Couple things. We reported to the front desk that the toilet was filling every couple minutes on our way out to dinner and it was still running when we returned. Would have done that all night if I didn’t shut it off. I again reported it in the morning and the front desk had no record of it being reported. She even asked if they offered us another room and I said no. Also our shower curtain was missing. We did report our room smelled like smoke and Pine-Sol so we didn’t get charged additionally as if we were smoking. The breakfast did not have many options unlike some others we stayed at, but it was good.

The staff were incredibly rude!!! Right from the moment we walked in we weren’t greeted then the person checking us in was ready to argue about our reservations and I wished I had not booked in advance. Every contact with all the staff was not friendly. They need a customer service training at that facility. I will never stay at a Comfort Inn hotel again.

First issue, we had a disgusting mattress in our room. Like, burn immediately disgusting. Had to wait for management to get us a new one and even the new mattress was awful to sleep on. You could feel every spring and coil.
Second issue, I asked the breakfast staff to check ingredients on the breakfast sausage for me (food allergy: wheat) and she refused entirely. There was literally nothing I could eat safely except old looking fruit and yogurt. I've never experienced staff outright refusing to check labels for me- other hotel chains have been accommodating and helped me figure out what would be safe for my food allergies.
Do not recommended for comfort or accommodation.
