The only good staff was Kyle and Matthew and breakfast. No Wi-Fi, dirty, smelly, unsafe, cops were called out two nights in a row and a fire truck the next day due to the alarm. HORRIBLE STAY!

It was so much snow & ice walking, dangerous! They had water damage, fans running, couldn’t hear. I asked about fold out couch, she said yes. When in the room, no sheets, blanket. Went to call, no #, room phone not plugged in. Couldn’t find a jack. Had to walk down ask for sheets. Otherwise ok

Didn't use the Hotel reservation due to the room being wrong and not what we was shown on the app, i had to pay cash price for the week because there was no way to change anything on the app. Will never use hotel.com again.

It’s run down and dirty, and they “allow” the homeless people to eat the continental breakfast. I think it’s nice but maybe after the people who paid to be there and eat are done! The homeless were rude, loud, pushy and smelled bad…it was terrible. I called and asked front desk if they allowed the homeless to eat and the lady said “yes”.

The 2 bedroom was nice for our entire family. Great staff. Stores were very close and convenient. They were doing some construction during our stay, but it was not loud. Also, the construction did interfere with the TV connection. But it was no big deal. I would definitely stay here again.

Stay was nice but hotel is little outdated. There were some small things that needed attention to the hotel room but all in all it was nice.

Older hotel, but in pretty good shape. There was construction in the area making it hard to find (not their fault). My TV was not working and I reported it in the morning; it was fixed when I got back. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Pictures on website make it look nicer than it is.
Pool was so dirty it was un-swimmable, breakfast was ok, tv worked some of the time. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean but beds were uncomfortable and furniture was outdated. Pay a little more money and stay somewhere else. There are plenty of other options in area. Should've listened to others' reviews.

Hour late Check in was great they couldn’t do enough to make it go swiftly and easy. They had on offer complementary bottled water and mini snacks. Would definitely return if we are ever in that area again.

Hotel is very run down with peeling paint and damage in many areas. If in the middle of a rehab, should've been disclosed. I expected much more from a Marriott property. The bathroom was in particularly bad shape and my television didn't work. Only solution posed was to switch my room but had just showered and got ready for bed, so that wasn't a good option.

Truly wonderful. I went there for a massage class/play. was there for 5 days n was the best spot. The small kitchen was perfect for quick small food prep n making my coffee in the morning. Bed was super comfy with the best pillows ever. The closet had wonderful shelving so I could keep things organized n off the floor. Shower was strong n hot. Would absolutely stay here again. I did buy a room diffuser at Walmart up there road (a lot of cool stores, restaurants in walking distance, total bonus) to make it smell like my essential oils. Loved this spot n u will too. Safe. Clean. Great location. N sweet staff.

I cannot recommend this hotel. They did not disclose noisy and dirty construction next to it.
Also the cabinets were in horrible condition. The paint was in bad condition and the carpet filthy.

The breakfast was the same everyday. Throughout the week and the waffles are only open certain days which we were bummed about. The only day breakfast was different was Sunday morning, there was a south western scramble that was good.

At check-in we were given a room in a nearby building that smelled awful. Air quality in room bad. Staff moved us to a better location the next day. Washing machine didn’t work, computer didn’t work. Construction next door made building access confusing. Staff very helpful and accommodating.

Not satisfied with our stay due to
Room not cleaned: dirty towels in the closet and linens from previous stay not removed hairs found on the bathroom floor. Also found dirty socks under the bed.
Waste disposal not functioning = sink clogged when using the dishwasher. It took 4 days to be fixed.
Booked for 5 people but missing bath towels and silverware, glasses.
Scheduled cleaning not done. We had to request the front desk to come and clean when back from the day.
Breakfast: employees not in the breakfast room to properly manage if anything missing like coffee, bagels, sausages etc…
Pool chair torn and not removed when a quick daily check by the manager should have led to remove it from the pool area.
Oldest son stuck in the elevator. They had to call the fire Dpt to get my son out.

There is construction next to the property, the entry to parking lot is full of pot holes and poorly marked. Overall, it was a good stay. Our microwave did not work. The staff was great, very helpful. Breakfast was mediocre. Location was good. Close to Walmart superstore, dining and shopping, and accessible to highways. Lots of roadwork around the area. We would stay there again. Pet friendly hotel.

No elevator every and was on the 4th floor. No AC for 3 days. Asked for an additional blanket and received a sheet on last night. Asked for Tp and also received it on the last day. Marriot should be ashamed of having their name on it. I am a marriot member and will contact them directly to complain and ask for a refund!!!
