"I didn’t like the old smell in some of the rooms. Like the carpet was wet. Not all rooms. Just one that I was in before. But overall i would recommend the Sheraton in Brookfield. Thank you guys!"

"Work was being done on the water (which we not advised about at check-in) and coming out yellow from the tap the first night. While the room was clean, the advertised hot tub and sauna were removed and staff were not polite when we inquired. The best thing about our stay was the breakfast buffet, which was excellent."

"My "pool view" room (that I didn't request) actually just looked out on a hallway. I wouldn't recommend rooms over there because the atrium over the pool made the whole area very humid. The pool was closed for maintenance, which I really wish could have been shared with me at booking. The stairs by my room were not marked at all, and only opened to the outside, with no way to enter and use them from the first floor."
