What a fantastic hotel. Our room faced Time Square, on the corner of the street was ABC studios where Good Morning America is televised, so if you like star watching this is the place! Would recommend the hotel its fabulous.
We needed a place to stay for 15 of us attending two family reunions: one in Westchester and the other in Staten Island. This hotel was conveniently located for both and especially convenient for those of us who included Manhatten sightseeing activities
Fantastic hotel, very stylish. Great location, just off Times Square. The room was clean and up together. Very comfortable bed.
The only thing was, although very atmospheric, the lighting in the foyer and lifts was just too dark.
Great hotel, would recommend it to anyone.
We observed that the weekend staff were NOT us friendly, helpful and professional as the weekday staff.
The concierge, Robert and his weekday staff went out of their way to ensure that all hotel guests (not just us) enjoyed the hotel amenities and their overall experience in NYC - thank you and great job !
My husband and I had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Michelangelo Hotel for our first time in NY. The staff was very friendly and always pleasant to see. When we checked in we were given a queen bed, even though I had booked the executive king room. We went back down to the front desk and it was quickly rectified and we were upgraded to a suite with a king bed because they didn't have the room that we had originally book available. The room was very spacious for New York and very beautiful. I would stay here again if I returned to New York, and I hope I do.
"Excellent hotel close to Times Square and Broadway"
Spent a week at the hotel and had a really nice large room and bathroom
Staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful
Hotel bistro is really good with good fair priced food
Bar is good with lots of choice
A very convenient location in New York, and 2 mins from Times Square. Check took a few mins than a regular hotel, but it was a busy time where a lot of people where coming in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gave us some tips on great places to eat and also to visit. Also the room was available even though we went a few hours earlier than the check-in time.
The only negative thing to say is one towel we got was not clean, other than that everything was great and better than expected from the hotel for the price we paid.
Definitely will recommend to family and friends, and a quick shout to all the staff of ROW NYC who worked during my stay "thank you for making the trip to New York a great one."
The brightest lights of this big city are found in the Broadway - Times Square neighborhood. Experience live entertainment, such as musicals and plays, or tour Rockefeller Center. The iconic St. Patrick's Cathedral graces the entire block of Fifth and 50th and welcomes more than 5 million visitors each year. This thriving area filled with pedestrians also hosts NBC, ABC, MTV, and NASDAQ.
