I liked how it was close to everything but on the outskirts of the busy chaos. The staff and room were amazing. They were so helpful with everything we needed. I am very happy we chose this hotel over others!

Property met my basic needs. Staff were warm and welcoming. The room was cleaned very late in the evenings sometimes inconvenient as I liked to rest at that time. The air con unit was noisy- like a jumbo jet taking off - the whole thing vibrated. So it woke me many times durning the night.

I am unable to fault the hotel as it was perfect for our week long trip however the only issue would be the area it is located. It is ideal for transport and closeness to Times Square but beware that what appears to be homeless people and or gangs litter the street close to the entrance which could feel unsafe especially towards the evening and night time.
