It would have been nice to know dinner would not be served the night we checked in, that was one of the main reasons for booking here the convenience of not having to go out for dinner. After driving all day was really looking forward to not have to get back out. The beds were very comfortable though.

Would give it a higher rating but bottles of cleansers in bath were impossible to read, small green letters on gray bottle so which one is shampoo, which body wash, et. And bottles are wet so trying to read through water drops. Bad packaging. Also, only free coffee is that little pot in the room. Bed was comfortable

Thank you for your compliment. Marriott standards for Courtyard hotels are made to order breakfast and Starbucks coffee offered at the Bistro Bar. There is free coffee in your room. Please try out made to order breakfast the next time you are in the area. I am sure you will find it much better than the free breakfasts at other hotels.

Underwhelmed for price
After several hours driving I wanted somewhere for a good nights sleep and food, didnt want to go out for food. After checking in online, found restaurant and bar are closed Sunday and Monday. Great. Picked up food. No microwave in the room. No breakfast, not even coffee in lobby in the morning. Room and bed were clean and comfortable, but the road noise was hellish all night. For the price, not worth it

Location around hotel is nice. Bristol is a fun place to be at. The hotel itself advertised a working hot tub which is why we picked this hotel but we got there and found out it hadn’t worked in months which would have been nice to know before booking. The rooms were rather small for the price and doesn’t provide a microwave to warm up your dinner leftovers for breakfast which would have been nice since continental breakfast is NOT provided. The provide breakfast that you have to pay for and it’s wayyyy over priced. Very disappointing

This place is an old property with a facelift, noisy air unit in room, cracked shower, only 2 towels, etc.

I'm sorry for the issues you experienced while staying with us. We wish someone had let us know so we could have delivered more towels and perhaps looked at the ac unit. Please give us another chance in the future.

Very nice hotel. It is surrounded by great restaurants and has a movie theater across the street. It is within fifteen minutes of the Creeper Trail.
