"This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The pool was closed the toilet backed up the property was dirty And the staff were not able to deal with the disruptive, arrogant, drunken and unruly guests. I will not recommend this hotel and quite frankly will never stay in a best western hotel again"

"WARNING! The pictures shown are FAKES. They must have copied these from other hotel websites. The place is an absolute dump. The first clue was the full-window plexiglass protecting the clerk, like they have in banks in high-crime areas. There were a couple of drug-addled meth-heads in the filthy hallway. Screaming from one of the rooms. But the real issue happened when I opened the door. The room was beyond filthy. The carpets were almost black in places, but worst of all was the overwhelming stench of urine, rotting carpet, and I'm not even sure what else. Keep in mind that I'm not a clean freak. This was horrifyingly bad. It was so bad that I turned around and left even though I had already paid for the room. There was no way I was staying there for a night. I shudder to think what sort of blood-sucking insects or weird diseases I might have been exposed to. Trust me, especially if you have kids, do NOT go to this hotel for any reason."
