The central location was very handy , no car required . East walk to the casino , South Bank and of course the mall made life so much easier . We will visit again and of course will recommend to family and friends

This hotel way far 5 Star. Small rooms, very good breakfast but terrible lunch and dinner. All personal and employees very good and friendly. İ wake up from the bed middle of the night with my leg burning feel. When I turned the lights i saw a big cockroach. İ couldn't sleep after that. İ report to front desk and took a picture.

Loved the proximity to the city centre and short stroll to South Bank. No street noise from level 12, very quiet room and super comfy bed. Very clean well laid out room. Good ambience at the bar and restaurant and quick stroll from the centre car park. Was told available space at the hotel parking, but none on arrival, but provided good instructions to get to the centre carpark.

Overall the hotel was in great shape. The airconditioning had an odour. The staff was cooperative in the hotel and helpful. The restaurant service could be more attentive. Location was great. The room was in good order.

Went to the Hyatt after been not happy with a previous booked apartment. Like the central location. Staff were excellent Pool area was great on the hot days.

The staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional A girl named Franny apparently a manger was the worst person I have ever had to deal with even her co workers tried to tame her but she was a terrible person. The room service was very poor and inconsistent on some occasions but others it was perfect. the room and the facilities are good but the staff especially Franny are dragging it down she should be fired immediately as we are planing another trip soon and will be calling and making sure she is no longer there before booking again. I cant believe a person like Franny can be a manager at a 5 star hotel with her attitude and personality.

Excellent location and value for money
Spacious room on the top floor which was lovely. This hotel can’t be beaten if you want a hotel in the CBD. Brisbane mall is at the front door and trendy Burnett Lane at the back door. We were treated to a nice welcome treat of sweets which was placed in our room while we were out. Room service was quick and tasty. My only criticism was the cleanliness of the room. I noticed red mould on the floor tiles in the bathroom and the floor of the room didn’t appear to have been vacuumed properly as there were crumbs under the table and on the chair. I like the fact the foyer has free still and sparkling water on tap to refill bottles. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Pool area is lovely.

The location is perfect for shopping and really at the center of the city. Easy to get transportation and lunch and dinner. Swimming pool is not busy. Breakfast is just right. Majority of staff is friendly and helpful. Just small thing: a staff in Burnett Lane needs to be more helpful especially if the guest travel with a child and carry some luggage. The rest is okay. Hotel itself was nice, rooms were clean and the location was great. Our issue was, the hotel does not accept cash. With the staff at the hibiscus bar telling us that "cash is an old thing". Waited about 10mins for a schooner of ginger beer to be told they are out and they could substitute for a mocktail.

I arrived early before checkin time , expecting to check in and leave bags and then wander out into the city . The girl on the desk said the room was ready , great I said . She did not mention that if we entered the room early there would be an additional charge , because we would have waited till 3 pm the check in time . Today with my express checkout I was greeted with an additional $100 for accomodation , that I assume was because we were checked in early . I think I should have been informed so that I could decide if I wanted to pay more . I expected to wait till 3 pm and would have done so if I’d known this fee was to be charged , I was not informed .

Excellent location. Food at restaurant was great. Room service was extremely slow and unresponsive. Fitness center is minimal for such a large property. Pool is beautiful but also undersized for the property.
