We are vintage but pride ourselves on being clean, quiet, and most of all comfortable. We're surrounded by some great places to eat, drink, sightsee and shop. We do hope to see you again.

Our team certainly work hard to make each and every guests stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Of course we're not right at the airport, but a short 5 - 10 minute drive (7.5km) from both International and Domestic Brisbane airports. Situated in the quiet suburbs away from the airport noise and main road noise! Also centrally located between the airports, Brisbane River, Brisbane City and many restaurants, pubs, clubs, cafe's and cinema at Portside and Hamilton Harbour. Hi, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with some feedback, and are excited that you loved our beds! As you have chosen to enter an anonymous review, we are unable to recall your booking, but assure you that breakfast is most certainly available to all guests selecting our Bed & Breakfast accommodation packages, and is served in our dining room between 6.30am to 9.00am - 7 days. Of course we do sincerely apologise if you booked a bed and breakfast and were unable to partake if you departed prior to 6.30am, or chose to rise after 9am missing the signposted breakfast hours. If you happened to stay with us between the Christmas and New Year period, we do acknowledge that breakfast was not available, and the closure was clearly signposted. We chose instead to offer heavily discounted accommodation at advertised 'Room Only' rates (meal not included), to close our dining room for a short period to give our hardworking staff a well deserved holiday. We are lucky to be centrally located with many local cafe's, restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries offering alternative breakfast options.

We always keep a stock of lower & flatter pillows as we do understand that not everyone likes the new pillows we provide, and if we knew you might have needed assistance with the TV we would have been more than happy to help with instructions, or changed the TV over immediately. We do provide a range entertainment options, and we're always available to assist our guests. We wish you safe travels.

Of course we certainly would have been grateful if you had let us know of your issue directly with pillows, and given the opportunity, we would happily of provided you with flatter pillows that we do keep in stock, as we realise that the brand new pillows we provide may not suit everyone. We are a split level motel with rooms on ground level and also upper level with external stair access. Our friendly staff are always on hand if needed to provide any guest assistance with luggage, or even to change your room allocations where possible if any guests advise that they may encounter difficulty with stairs. If we may offer in suggestion to make any of your future stays in motels or hotels more comfortable and enjoyable, that in most cases, when provided with the opportunity to do so by speaking with reception directly, and advising of any issues immediately, almost any accommodation provider will do their utmost to assist any guest to enable them to make your stay a 10/10. We are certainly one of those motels. We wish you safe travels.
