The property was not the problem. Apparently Expedia is the problem a few hours before I was supposed to arrive at the hotel to check in. I got a message from the general manager stating that my reservation had to be canceled because Expedia had overbooked and I was the last one so basically, I went to the hotel with no reservation at all. Feel confident that I’m going to contact you and demand the refund for my reservation as I had to go to a new hotel and pay an additional $180. 00. I hope that Expedia will be cooperative and refunding me as I will pursue any legal remedy at my disposal, refused to be cooperative.

Front desk staff were not welcoming. One female front desk person had her cell phone glued to ear the entire time I was there. Wouldn’t even stop her call to help a guest. It was so noisy and difficult to sleep. Person in room next to was smoking marijuana and I could smell it in my room. Lights from parking lot shining in my room and no black out curtains. Safety latch on inside of door missing. No sugar for coffee. Not a comfortable stay.

Desk person was never at the desk when I walked in to see if a room was ready yet(3 times) and I couldn't check in until almost exactly 3pm(I know check in time was 3 pm but it is usually earlier) 2nd, exit door closet to our room wouldn't open with our key from the outside and we had to walk back to the main entrance and lengthy walk back to our room. Plugs in room wouldn't charge our phones either,had to use wall outlet.

While my stay here I had to have a room change. The smoke in the building was unbelievable. Almost having an asthma attack. We had a woman outside at 3am talking so loud it woke us. The next room better from the smoke but again someone talking extremely loud, and I just didn’t have a good stay at all!

Hallway to the room had an unpleasant odor. The beds looked like they just pulled the blankets back over the beds. Room otherwise seemed clean with no odor. Nice location with lots of dining options within walking distance. Pool and hot tub was nice.

It was close to a lot of restaurants and shopping plazas. The walking distance from the parking lot to your room was a really long walk. No microwave.

Called 2 hours before check in and was told that pool and hot tub were up and running. Upon check in - we were told the pool has been down for 2 days due to electrical problems. No offer to help make it right. Came back from dinner and side door was propped open - later tried to use side door and key would not work. Housekeeping staff was awesome!! Haven’t had the breakfast yet - will update post after that.

Everything was really comfortable and clean. Downfalls were being in the room across from the stairwell... when someone opened the door it sounded like they were trying to get into our room and the door slamming shut was extremely loud and that started at 630 am.... and the fire alarms going off. Lol still 5 stars because those things are not faults of anyone.

Do not stay at this property. First off all the rooms are surrounding the pool, which is open until 10pm but kids were in until after 11. There were several dozen kids in the pool at once which seemed extremely unsafe. There was a whole light and electrical cord hangin out if the pool. Seemed very unsafe. After everyone was out of the pool there were tons of kids just hanging out around pool until almost 2am. There were hairs in the washcloths, hairs and debris in the garden tub, stains on the towels. Then to make matters worse after getting extremely little sleep, we awaken to the fire alarm. Assuming a kid pulled it I went to door and heard, smoke in second floor. So my children and I raced to get out of building just to hear, false alarm. All the while listening to a loud fire alarm for almost an hour after returning to our room. I have never experienced such a bad hotel in my life. Went to restaurant to hear a waitress say they hear horrible things about this hotel ALL the time…

All the staff and housekeeping for very nice, get the pool clean. And the breakfast is the complimentary. Breakfast was very good different stuff every day and there's a big ride yourself

Front desk clerk ignored me for a couple minutes at check in, though no one else was there, not even an "I'll be with you in a moment". Vending machines broken; purchased snacks at lobby for 3 times the cost for the exact same items in machine. Room was run down condition. Only saving grace was a decent breakfast offered. Won't stay here again, many other nearby options.
