Dirty and smelly room. Black mould all over the but edges. The manager, TJ Nicholson, wasn’t surprised when we spoke with him. He’s exact words were “it happens”.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We sincerely apologize for the mold that was located in the tub area. I am also sorry you feel the room was dirty and smelly. This was not mentioned when we met this morning. As mentioned when we met this morning, If there is ever a situation with a room that you are unhappy with, please let us know as soon as possible. We will be more than happy to provide you with a room that meets your standards. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience and I am truly sorry you feel my exact words were that "it happens". Had some trouble checking in. I booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds but he recommended not using Expedia because he booked us 2 rooms with just 1 king bed. When I told him I booked with Expedia he said doesn’t matter. He did change 1 room with 2 queen beds. The carpeting in the rooms were well stained

There was NO ice machine that worked, on Sunday the breakfast was a disaster, other customers an I had to dig in the cupboards below to find, plates, napkins & ketchup. The pancake maker wasn't plugged in for use. The elevators were filthy the same dirty band-aid was in the elevator all weekend. You could only connect to the WiFi if you went out in the hallway. We travel frequently for sports & we don't be using this hotel anymore.

The folks at the check in counter were extremely nice and the room was clean and comfortable. It would have been a great overall experience but the pillow situation was a new one. We were only given 4 throw pillows (literally the pillow case was wrapped in half) for a king bed and were told they didn’t have any extra pillows. If you rolled over, you roll right off the pillow. Also, not a big deal, but we didn’t have any soap (hand or body), shampoo or conditioner in the room. The front desk was able to give us those items no problem.

This was a very clean and comfortable hotel. Plenty of thick, heavy towels. Room air was comfortable. The staff were very pleasant, breakfast was decent, and I would stay here again.

This hotel was wonderful! The man at the desk was polite and helpful, the room was clean and beds were cozy. The pool area was very nice no overly chlorinated smell and it was warm! And the free breakfast was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great to start with, until we turned on the television and it did not work and nobody could fix it, then we were woken up by a family above us yelling and screaming until 12:45 am

This is a nice hotel. My only complaint is that our room was never cleaned, no fresh towels, and had to ask for toilet paper. Also, a pizza box sat out in the hallway next to another room for two whole days and still there when we left. Ridiculous housekeeping.

The price was perfect for a quick overnight stay on our road trip. We had low expectations for that price and the hotel room and staff were great. The breakfast also exceeded our expectations.

The room was comfortable, the staff was kind, the breakfast wasn’t bad, it wasn’t that noisy, the pool was ok, the shower was nice, and the view was alright, my son enjoyed the cows and horses to look at in the field. I would recommend this hotel.

I only stayed here one night on our way south. Their internet was not working. So, they couldn't confirm my stay. This was very difficult after being on the road 7-10 hours. The staff are excellent, the breakfast was very good, and the pool is amazing! I would stay here again.

Everyone was very nice! The bathroom and tub shower were not handicapped accessible! If someone is handicapped it needs to be a walk in shower. The shower curtain had mold on it. Toilet has a permanent stain which is not attractive to look at. Wallpaper was coming down.

This hotel does not come anything close to a 4 star rating it is more like a 2 star. Were not sure who did good reviews on this hotel, but this needs to seriously looked into making it more of a lower grade hotel. The outside of the building looked very new but the inside the bedrooms told a different story. Old banged up furniture, busted lamp shade, the internet disnt work, the cable wasnt working, both sides of the washroom door were filthy, the carpet was poorly laid didnt even meet the walls in some areas. We are not fussy ppl when it comes to staying in hotels. We thought we were getting a nice hotel for the money we paid....WRONG We will NEVER stay in the Wydham hotels again. A courtesy response would be greatly appreciated. There are many photos that could be shared to all the comments in this review.

Pleasant Overnight Stay
Our room was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good with many items, both hot and cold. The only thing that made me a little nervous was the elevator, which shook and jumped a little when going up and down.
