"Het is een mooi appartement, maar de keuken was niet schoon. Alle keukenkastjes hadden plakkerige handvaten. In de koelkast zit schimmel op de randen van het vriesvak. En de pannen waren niet goed afgewassen! De banken en stoelen zitten niet comfortabel."

"The Falkenstein Grand is one of the best locations I have ever stayed at (we have traveled extensively all over Europe). Family friendly and the property has one of the best views overlooking Frankfurt. We felt we were entering a fairy tale of how beautiful the surroundings and hotel is. The food is great and if your family (ours was a family of 5) is into relaxing, hiking and exploring then this is the place to stay! The staff is the best and very accommodating including the management. Car is a must as this is a pretty remote area. We will be back for long stay at this location in the future and explore more of the wood trails and castles and forts behind the hotel. I give it 5 diamonds! "
