Poderia ser bem melhor com pouca coisa.
Ao chegar no hotel fui informado que as reservas do aplicativo tinham sido canceladas pelo dono. Perguntei como faria, pois no aplicativo constava que a reserva só poderia ser cancelada no dia anterior. Aí arrumaram um quarto para mim. O hotel é antigo e necessita de reformas. Tv e ar igualmente antigos. Não tenho o que reclamar da higiene. O que de fato me incomodou foi que todo dia presenciava uma discurso do proprietário com hóspedes ou funcionários. Café da manhã só com poucas frutas, bolachas, pão e uma fatia de queijo e presunto por hóspede. Não tinha sequer ovo. Os funcionários são gentis e a localização é excelente. Não pretendo retornar!

Péssimo local.
A começar pelo dono no hotel, um senhor muito mal educado, chegou até a gritar comigo dentro do estabelecimento! Pena meu celular ter acabado a bateria, pois iria filmar a falta de respeito dele para comigo como cliente. Fiquei 5 dias (4 noites) o quarto não teve sequer uma limpeza, muito menos troca de roupa de cama, toalhas ou reposição de papel higiênico. Um café da manhã péssimo! Resumindo não vale bem o pouco que cobra! Simplicidade não me incomoda, mas a falta de educação e falta de higienização, me incomoda muito!

O hotel por ser antigo nem tanto, mas as camas muito velhas, colchão velhos, mal cheiro horrível, televisão ainda antiga de tubo. Não fiquei hospedada lá não aguentei, e ainda tive que pagar o valor de uma diária para cancelar minha hospedagem. Fazemos uma reserva pelo aplicativo é uma coisa chega lá é outra completamente diferente e vc ainda é obrigada a ficar no prejuízo. Péssima experiência.

Pior acomodação que já tive
Fiz a reserva antecipada para hospedar em Brasilia do dia 05 a 09/06. Cheguei na recepção as 11h50 Fui atendido pelo dono do hotel fumando um cigarro na sequencia do outro, um cheiro horrível de cigarro, o cheiro ficou impregnado na roupa. Cobrou R$361,00 sendo que o valor infomado, pelo hoteis.com era R$328,00. Fiz o pagamento no cartão de débito. Me disponibilizou a chave proximo das 14h00. Chuveiro gelado, água não esquenta. Toalha com cheiro ruim e não trocou a toalha (ainda bem que eu levei uma toalha de casa). Sabonete pequeno (tipo de motel) sem reposição (fui no shopping e comprei um sabonete). Não tem shampoo. O café da manhã, na minha opinião, não era bom. Também tinha que ficar pedindo as coisas, como: prato, copo, pao, frios,... o dono fazia o cafe e atendia a recepção ao mesmo tempo. Só tomei café o primeiro dia. Os demais dias tomei café na lanchonete. Tentei entrar em contato com hotel.com, porem, sem sucesso e sem suporte. Gostaria de cancelar a reserva e pegar meu dinheiro de volta. Queria ir para outro hotel, podendo ser com valor maior, porém que tivesse mais conforto e comodidade. Em 2 horas de hospedagem só tenho críticas referente ao hotel. Pedi uma atenção especial para resolver a questão é não fui atendido. Hotéis.com e esse hotel Byblos em Brasilia nunca mais. Obs: foi a pior hospedagem que já tive. A disposição.

Ao chegar lá, aparentemente minha reserva não contava, o valor pago foi acima do apontado no site, quarto com TV velhas, móvel e banheiros velhos e não possuía frigobar.
