"Don’t dare asking room service. I ordered a ham & cheese sandwich with a cup of hot chocolate. After 1,5 hour, I received a cold, over toasted, no-cheese disgusting sandwich. The hot cocoa was tepid and made with water. I complained and they prepared a new one. I can’t tell which was worst. Amenities in the bathroom? Forget it. You’ll be treated with a bar. There were other woes, but I guess it’s enough for you understand."

"We stayed at this hotel for the final night of our honeymoon and the staff were so welcoming and accommodating! I mentioned that it was our honeymoon during our travel confirmation and they surprised us with a really thoughtful gift and card that we will forever cherish. We were pretty tired from the long travel so we ordered room service and it was exquisite! The rooms were spacious, clean and the hotel is in a great area! I highly recommend Melia Brasil 21!"
