"The apartment is comfortable, clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. The building is also in great condition. Gabriel is the nicest and kindest host, he helped us a lot when we arrived and was always available during the stay. "The apartment was very basic and there are some problems. The hot water in the shower is produced by a small in-line heater that doesn't work very well. The warm (definitely not HOT) water lasts for about 1 minute, so you have to be quick. Supplies for the kitchen are minimal. It would be hard to cook a real meal there at all. Finally, there is no place at all to hang up clothing - no closet, not even a rack. I ended up hanging my nice shirts and trousers from the back of a chair. There should...

"Very unhappy with the communication from this place! We missed one night because how this place operates! First you get a message after you book that everything is set and you good to go. Them when you get there on the site said you have until 19:00 to check in, when you get there no one was there and didn’t answered the phone and plus the address on the reservation it’s completely different from the actual place! Terrible experience! "

"My wife arrived before I did, and was locked out for approximately five hours. The battery to the entrance was dead and when the manager came, she acted very rude and told her to just go buy batteries to get in. Then after that, she was locked out for five hours and still nothing was done about it. She was only able to enter the apartment around 9 o'clock at night with no explanation or follow up.
