I was worried after seeing other reviews, but our room was very clean and I didn't have any complaints at all. I needed their wifi to get school work done, and it worked just fine. Breakfast options were limited but it was still nice to have breakfast included. They had pancakes, muffins, biscuits, eggs, coffee, a few other things. There's a small fridge in the room. The location was very convenient and close by the Branson strip, but off the stop enough that it was quiet. Staff was very friendly, and they were even understanding when we we needed extra time to get out of the room. They also have laundry available. The price was fair and I would definitely stay there again.

Need better WiFi!
All I can say is that we’ve stayed at better places! The WiFi was almost nonexistent, water in the shower had a hard time draining, but got better after the first day or so. I guess one of the positives was that the hotel was right off the main strip. Easy access.

It was a good enough distance away from the city attractions. When I walked to the room, the carpets were stained and old. The toilet seat was not cleaned, it still had fecal matter toward the back it The coffee pot was only rinsed and still had residue on the inside. There was a phone charge in the wall plug next to bed that must have been left there by the previous guest. I can only believe that they sheets and bed were cleaned because they smelt fresh.

The place is a CV little rundown and there were cobwebs behind everything. But that isn’t the problem. The problem is there are THIEVES working there. We accidentally forgot a pair of cowboy boots and they are claiming they don’t have them. We are so upset. We have contacted the national customer service line and still, NO HELP! The laws are pretty simple regarding items left in a hotel room, but this staff must assume items left there belong to them!

Our location is certainly not for guests that wish to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the Branson Strip but being located just one mile south of the strip we are still conveniently located. I cancelled 24hr ahead of time and they still took $61 dollars from my account and I want it back this week or I am going to be a problem. So someone needs to get my money back to me or get me a room for the money they took out of my account!! I am not joking or playing around!! I work hard for my money!! And I need it back in my account ASAP!!!! Or like I said. I WILL!!! BE A PROBLEM!!! I HOPE WE HAVE A UNDERSTANDING!!!!

The check in clerk was especially rude. I asked for a early check in and she started in on me about no having the staff show up to clean the rooms. I asked her if every room was needing to be clean, if she had just one. She refused us, after our ling drive we had to wait several hours for a room!

Ma'am, we apologize if you were not able to check in at noon when you arrived. Our check in time does begin at 3pm and you were checked in at 2:50 pm. As are a lot of businesses both in Branson and across the United States, we are still under a severe staff shortage but are doing anything and everything possible to keep on track daily for our 3pm check in time. We apologize if this was an inconvenience for you.

Room was small bathroom really small, no channels on the tv, no hot water for showers on Saturday. Mattresses wasn’t that comfortable. Had a tornado go through by our house on Friday night tried to check out Saturday to check on things but they refused to refund our money. Lady at the front desk was rude. She told us that Expedia wouldn’t give us back our money for the remaining 2 days but it was the hotel that refused to. The lady at the desk lied about that because we called Expedia and the said they had no problem with refunding our money it was the hotel. Hotel was way out of the main area of Branson, hard to find it.

We are sorry if you were unhappy with your accommodations. We do offer cable television with over 100 channels for our guests to choose from. Our location one mile south of the main strip in Branson is one that some guests enjoy and we are sorry that you found it to be too far. The hotel does have a 24 hour cancellation policy and this is the reason for not being able to refund the night of 12/11/2021. The hotel was not notified until 8:54 am on 12/11 that you wished to cancel the remainder of your stay. This was past the allowable cancellation policy. You were, however, refunded for the night of 12/12/2021.

We decided to do a family vacation to Branson for Christmas and we had such a wonderful time. Our hotel room was very nice and clean. We had to have 2 separate rooms with this trip. And it was so nice that they put us next to each other. We would so recommend on staying here.

Room was clean, and location was perfect for my overnight stay. Shower head was great and room was in good condition. Only a small issue-bathtub was really slick when wet and the bathroom did not have a tub mat to help a person not slip and fall. I didn’t not ask the front desk for one though.

A voicemail was left at the phone number that we have on file for you on Sunday December 12, 2021 stating that we had checked all lost and found areas as well as speaking with the housekeeper that had cleaned the room that you occupied to no avail. The jacket was not located. We sincerely apologize if the message was not received by you.

The room had evidence of poor cleaning. Some of the towels were stained or ripped and needed to be replaced. There was a limited amount of hot water the first night (enough for one 8 min shower) and none the second night. Apart from that, the area felt safe and the staff that we dealt with were friendly so that was nice. As we were there for two nights the issue with hot water was not a big deal but it would have been nice to have a hot shower.

Dirty room. Bathroom door had a hole in it. No hot water in the shower. Called twice about it. Bent curtain rod. Spider webs and candy wrappers by nightstands (obviously not moved to clean). Broken lamp behind tv. Never got clean bedding or towels next day. Asked for another room and none were available.

We apologize for any issues that you experienced while at our property. We only have record that you called about the water issue but none of the others that you have now mentioned. While it is true that we had no other room available to relocate you to, we could have immediately taken care of the housekeeping issues if you had informed the front desk of them. It is posted at our front desk and is also given verbally to guests at check in that there is no stayover services being given currently due to Covid-19. All supplies are available at the front desk for our guests to pick up at their convenience.

The bed was comfortable, but the shower lacked hot water. The coffee in the room was less than adequate, and I am not overly picky about coffee.

This place was horrible! From the snooty desk clerk who refused to even check on my reservation 10 minutes before 3 pm to the ants crawling up the walls, absolutely NO hot water, and NO warm breakfast with NO creamer for the coffee, squishy carpet, lumpy wallowed out mattresses....I will never go back! I'd be embarrassed to have it in my website!

Ma'am with all due respect, the only issue that you mentioned either during your stay or at check out was your issue that you experienced with the hot water. We do have multiple hot menu items with our breakfast including scrambled eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy, pancakes you can make fresh yourself, and flavored oatmeal that you can make yourself. We also have creamer for the coffee or milk that some guests prefer. We hate to hear that you disliked our property so much that you will never come back but do sincerely hope that otherwise you enjoyed Branson!
