Definitely not the prettiest place
This place is WAY different than the pictures show. The office/lobby/lodge building is accurate as shown in the pictures, but it's a standalone building out front that is not reflective of the rooms/guest areas. Notably, there are no pictures of the outside of the rooms, and for good reason: it looks like they just remodeled a Motel 6 and called it a Ramada. The rooms are all outside accessible (no interior hallways) and overlook the parking areas. That was somewhat of a problem, as there was a group of people (I think the maintenance staff?) who would sit outside our room all day and into the night and talk really loudly. They'd occasionally get in their golf cart and drive off, then they'd be back shortly to continue. Kind of annoying. The rooms themselves were clean, but they are definitely nothing special. The beds were comfy enough, and the location is good if you're actually looking to do stuff in Branson. The motel shares a parking lot with a bar that creates quite a bit of traffic and noise in the immediate area. The staff I dealt with at the lobby was nice, though I didn't have much interaction with them. All in all, not the nicest place, but if you're just looking for a clean room to sleep in, it should suffice.

Our Miserable Vacationw/no Sleep
The 2nd night of our 3 day trip, a large group of children started running & screaming at approx. 3:00am. They were outside our room. The next day I saw that there were 12 children in 3 rooms w/adults. 5 cars were involved. Our friends were in another bldg & reported a similar event the 1st night. They had no security so nothing was done. With no sleep, we checked out, even after we prepaid for a 3rd night. It just wasn't worth staying. The desk clerk asked why we didn't call them. Why should we? There was no one to handle the situation. We will just let others know about the bad situation. Also, this visit they changed breakfast. It was awful. Certainly not as good as our previous visits.

Hotel Staff was nice
The room was toasty when we arrived but air cooled it off just enough to be comfortable. No refrigerator or microwave in the room, that cost extra. The breakfast provided every morning was pleasing, the staff came to pick you up because it was too far from the room to walk. We had trouble with the internet, it slow and cut in and out.

Better off sleeping in your car
The bathroom ceiling had black mold spores all over it, the A/C rattled very loud and hardly cooled. We were given an up grade on the second night. The upgraded room was flat out nasty. It smelled musty and moldy and the furniture was filthy. You could see all of the body oil and funk all over it. Because of this we asked for our old room back,as sad as it was. The rest of the stay we not only delt with the previous mentioned issues. We shared the room with crickets. They would crawl on your pillows in the night. Very unhealthy place to stay. I would not recommend the Ramada

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and knowledgable at check in. Problem at check out. I had my receipt from Hotels.com where my stay had been paid in full but they argued that the bill was not paid. We were leaving for home and they asked that we delay our departure until the problem was resolved . My credit had been charged, but they continued to argue. I finally told them it was their problem not mine that I had proof of payment and left.

Very displeased
This hotel was dirty and nasty from the begining. I walked in to check in and the first thing the man at the counter said was he was the only one working and getting complaints nonstop. He also said everyone had every right to be complaining. I knew right then to be prepared.Walls were disgusting , trash from the last visitor , as well as, hair clips from previous occupants. I also want to add we had one towel for a " suite" . Once we got as settled as possible and laid down to sleep the hotels fire alarms went off. I called the office and was hung up on once The man stated he knew the alarms were going off. It took at least twenty minutes for the alarm to be shut off and went off three more times after that. Luckily I was able to muffle the noise a bit by standing on the bed so it didn't wake up my children. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and walls so thin we could hear our neighbors in the restroom each time. Both times we took our kids to swim we couldn't get clean towels. Lastly when we went to check out the man in the office attempted to double charge us. I had to get my to show him our recipe that we had unfortunately already paid for such an awful room. The one and only reason we didn't check out and demand our money back from the very start of our stay was there were no vacancys in town due to a car show and the tax free weekend shoppers.( we called around ) I wouldn't recomment this hotel at all.

Okay for the money
Check in was at 3 pm but upon check-in, we were told our room wasn't ready and to come back later. We asked how much later and the staff hatefully said "it will be awhile!" We were not able to check in until after 5 pm. The rooms were musty and older. When the cleaning lady came, we didn't get fresh towels and she half-way cleaned the room.

About what I expected
Not my first choice, but you get what you pay for. It was disappointing to find the room I was assigned was a smoking room, even though no one mentioned if that would be OK. Luckily they moved me to a "Suite" which was just a different room in a newer building. It was a building they must not use, as the air was not turned on, and it was 95 degrees out. The room was almost cool by morning.

Very disappointed
The pictures of this hotel are deceiving. It is a hotel with doors facing the outside, which isn't clear in the pictures. The rooms are very old and musty. The tv is very old and the reception is fuzzy. If we were staying more than one night, we would have found somewhere else to stay.

In town to see some shows
Traveling thru on a trip and decided to see some shows. We stayed here the last time and found it to be well located on the Strip. A nice clean facility with full breakfast at an excellent price.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast at nearby Dick Clark Grill with scrambled eggs, sausage patty, biscuits and gravy. Our non-smoking Room had a terrible smell. They sent an ionic air machine out which removed some of the odor, but it returned once machine was gone. Damp throughout stay and everything felt wet. We ran air-conditioner on high but only had wet cold air. Too much humidity leaving swimming suits and towels wet. Our clothes smelled and everything needed to be washed when we got home.

This is the worst hotel. They were bugs inside the place and the air didn't work well. And there was spilled soda all over the wall.

My niece fell on front entranceway,resulting in hurting her back and changing all our activity plans.This could of been prevented had the hotel put a caution cone out.The hotel has compt our room and hopefully I will get an e mail from you ,confirming this.Elisabeth Hunter

Not the room I booked
I booked a suite and was given a regular room. No suites were available so we were stuck. Hotels.com did offer compensation for the hotel's mistake which was appreciated but the hotel did nothing. Not sure where the mistake in rooms happened but everything through confirmation e-mails and hotels.com showed the correct booking info just the Ramada's info was not correct. We won't be staying here again. Rooms were old, dusty, torn carpet and in need of new paint and furniture.

Convenient to Dixie Stampede, on main strip
Beds, carpet, TV very outdated. Mattress was old and very firm, making for a difficult night's sleep. Website pic is of the office, which is nice and modern. Just don't expect the same kind of updates in your room. Amenities and comfort remind me of a 1980s roadside hotel. Staff was courteous and helpful. We did not use the breakfast shuttle to Dick Clark's American Bandstand Grill, so I cannot comment on that other than they offer this free service.

Overpriced
Had more of an old motel feel. Outdoor entrances. Separate buildings from lobby. One of the small outdoor pools was dry, the other was small & overcrowded. Breakfast was at Dick Clarks restaurant which was inconvenient & filthy, the oj was funky rotten. Photos are misleading the lobby building is nice, interior of rooms were average, not bad.. but overall layout & exterior was not worth the price. Had to carry bags up two flights of cement steps in the heat & down a balcony with a flimsy metal rail. Overpriced.

The hotel was very old like most of the hotels in the area....the pictures on the internet were of the newer rooms and of the updated lobby. We kept getting bitten by bugs but could never find them in the room. The day time staff were very nice and helpful, but the guy there in the evening wasn't very helpful and never sent the refrigerator to our room that we ordered. He seemed little overwhelmed with things. But all in all with the exception of the bug bites I'd give the hotel a 3 out of 5.

The beds were very comfortable.If you're just there for sleep then this is your hotel.The tiny TV was an old old tubeTV. Something all over the bathroom door.I cleaned it.Rest of room and bath was clean.

We arrived late on Friday night and checked in. The AC in the room wasn't working properly. Maintenance finally arrived and because it was after midnight, there was nothing they could do to fix it until morning. It wasn't terrible but very uncomfortable sleeping. The floor was sticky and stained and the room had a musty smell. The next morning, we were able to get moved to another room, AC was working great and it was a much cleaner nicer room with the same layout as the old one on a few floors lower. Free breakfast was standard, but not very appetizing. The location was not very clean. Eggs were cold, pastries seemed stale and milk was bad. Biscuits and gravy, Dannon yougurt and coffee were the best things on the menu. At checkout, we were given a free night due to the inconvenience of sleeping in a warm room and having to move all our stuff the next morning. We did appareciate that and would probably try them again, but I would definitely go somewhere to pay for breakfast.

The photos are misleading. More like a motel.
We decided to go to Branson at the last minute and our usual hotel was booked up. I thought that since Ramada is a national chain that this would be a good substitute, especially since the photo on the site of the hotel check-in office looked so nice. Wrong. This is a motel, not a hotel or resort. You have outside doors rather than hallways. The TV was an old-fashioned, big tube model with fuzzy reception. It was like watching TV through a snow storm. No high-def here and the wi-fi connection was incredibly slow. For what we paid, especially as compared to other hotels in Branson for the same price, it was incredibly disappointing. The hotel desperately needs an update. Your are a Ramada, not a no-name, by the side of the highway motel. One interesting thing is that their free breakfast is served next door at Dick Clark's American Bandstand. It is a buffet and was decent for a free breakfast. It offered oatmeal, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, that sort of thing. Not the best food in the world, but it could have been worse.

room was clean however ant problem, had spiders in bathroom. Ants were actually in the bed. Only used one of the beds because we went out bought spray due to office staff said nothing they could do to get rid of them due to the rain. we sprayed however seem like they kept coming. Very uncomfortable at bed time. Felt I should have been compensated somehow.

Hotel was nothing like in the pictures on the webs
As we were checking into our hotel, the guy at registration had an attitude that wasn't the most pleasant. All the rooms lead to the outdoors, which wasn't quite the way I had pictured it in my mind. We went to our room only to find that the maid had maybe cleaned half the room. The table had a sticky substance on it with hair stuck on the sticky substance. The tv had dust on the top of it. The sink was filthy with a spider and a huge cobweb in it. I opened the door to the extremely small bathroom and an awful smell hit me in the face. The toilet looked clean, but the shower was disgusting. We did get offered another room after I complained to the front desk. The next room was clean, but still very small. The bathroom was so small that the door barely cleared the toilet and shower when opened. One pool didn't have water in it at all, while the other pool was clean, but only had one light for night time swimming. There was a continental breakfast, but it was on the adjoining property which made us walk 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile from our room for breakfast. Needless to say we survived, but I won't be staying at the Ramada in Branson again.

Good location to access alternate routes from 76.
The rooms were clean and well maintained supplying basic needs for a good stay. Hotel staff was fast and efficient to correct any problems that may have arisen since you opened the door to the room. Very enjoyable continental breakfast offered each morning for 6:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. The shuttle to and from the room to the continental breakfast was perfect.

AC worked great. Bed slept good. Carpet was absolutely filthy and stained. Old TV. Wouldn't recommend at all. Really surprised it was a Ramada in this kinda shape.

Very convient to all shopping and shows. We would have liked to have a refrigerator in room for drinks and snacks. No area to sit at while in room. Other than those items it was fine.

Unimpressive
The building that contains the lobby is very deceiving. It looks like a nice place from the street, and the front desk staff was very kind and helpful. However, when you leave that building and head to your room it is like walking into the projects. The room was very old and had a very strong odor of bleach. We actually took our bags, ate our $90 and went to a different hotel.

Never again.
Couldn't access my room due to the large motorcycle rally that turned into a fight that I was not told about when checking in. Parking lot was full of intoxicated people and police. Did not look or feel safe at all.

Won't be making a 2nd visit.
Checked in as a late arrival. Upon checking in I wasn't made aware the building I was staying was the main venue for a motorcycle rally and that the police had been called for a large fight. I couldn't access my room for the large crowd of intoxicated people and police cars. I requested a refund and left the property.

they had a Biker concert in the parking lot until 2:00am every night. People hung out drank beer and talked in front of the hotel rooms until then. I got no sleep. The breakfast they offer is not at the hotel but in a facility close to the hotel, but they do offer a van service. The rooms had spider webs in them but the bathroom is very clean but very small. I would not stay in this hotel again for 89.00 dollars a night. Maybe 50.00. And I would have to be desperate. I usually like the ramada but not this one.

Big mistake motel
Welcome back to the 70s. Outdated furniture, tv, dirty carpet.....why would anyone spend $$$ on a crappy motel?? I won't again.......

When we arrived to the room it was very hot in temperature. The room had an average appearance. The brochure made the hotel out to be luxurious, when in reality was below my expectations. If you want an average hotel this one is for you.

This hotel is right on the strip. All the resturants and show clubs are up and down the strip. Some only walking distance .
