Our stay started with a very friendly front desk. We had a pet (only $15) so she changed our room to a ground floor level, now that is pet friendly. The room was well kept and impressive when we walked in. Bed was very comfortable, shower was good. Breakfast was good. A lady was there keeping things clean and full of scrambled eggs & sausage. These scrambled eggs were very good, not runny like some places. Check out was flawless since I had prepaid.

Not too much! I had to go to the front desk and ask what is your policy on cleaning rooms? The guy said yes clean towels and bed sheets. I was there 3 days and 4 nights and it was loud at 1:30am with the person next door with his TV on loud enough that I could make out every word they said. Every time I walk down the hall you would hear dogs barking.

Nice staff. Facility is a bit out dated but is clean. Located right off the freeway so very convenient.

Some thing in the room triggered my husbands allergies. Not sure if pets were here last or what was used to clean triggered it. Had to find allergy meds and have window open all the time.

What were most didn’t appreciate was on the Expedia site. It said they had a hot tub and when we checked the hotels site to make sure it also said they had a hot tub when we got there. The hot tub was down for maintenance and I think that this is the type of thing that should be on their site, we should not have to call the hotel to check and see if a hot tub is in service. I do believe there should’ve been a discount because that was the one main reason why we picked the quality inn after driving for five days.

The hotel was okay. Just okay. The room was ridiculously hot when I arrived. The two-story hotel has no elevator. The external doors were never locked even though there were key swipes on the doors. The back entrance had multiple level changes (not steps, just an uneven threshold) but no signs or varied colors on the surfaces. Overall, this location could use a safety review.

This is an old, worn out property. It was at one time a Holiday Inn. Holiday Inn built a new hotel very close to this one. Room is actually too small for two queen beds….one was a few inches from the wall and heater/AC. Bathroom was very small with large cracks in the floor and wall. Towels were threadbare. Walls are paper thin. Cost was way way way too high but we had no choice as we were in the area for a funeral. I asked for a room on first floor and the request was not honored at check in (about 25 steep stairs and no elevator). The good things: Check in was smooth, breakfast was good, there is a good restaurant next door (Trailgators), and it’s just off I-90. I wouldn’t stay there again if I had a choice.
