Location was fantastic, near the main street and close to shops and restaurants. Accommodation was good too, small cabin-like rooms (separate to the pub) were cute and all we needed for this short stay. The bathroom was modern and the room had a cupboard for our suits which I appreciated. Areas of improvement; We had to wait about 10 minutes for staff at the pub upon checkin, felt like no one was there. The top bed sheet was stained when we entered our room and was a bit of a turn off and made us question the cleanliness of the room. The parking outside the accommodation was unclear. Main issue, however, was the moving bed. The bed was on wheels and kept sliding away from the wall which was very annoying. All said and done, i would probably stay here again.

Horrible from start to finish. When we arrived they could not find our original room key so put us in a big room on top of hotel. Very big room but dirty. Someone used the toilet before we came in and did not flush it. Coffee stains at the coffee station that was not cleaned - clearly someone checked out and they did not clean before new guest arrived. Extra bedding is stored in a cupboard full of dust. 10pm the music was so loud in our room that it felt like people were partying inside our room. Upon investigating we realised there is no wall closing off the rooms from the hotel but just a sheet. Walked down to ask for another room and its a bunch of kids operating everything. We managed to move rooms and stayed at the side away from the motel but the floor was dirty and full of dust and the sheets had stains on it.

Easy local Bowral accomodation.
Great overnight stay close to everything. Lighting within the room could be better and the bed needs some brakes as it moves on the floorboards. Would I stay there again, yes. Price good, location excellent, parking at door, no noise and easy to check in and out of.

The hotel rooms have been furnished and renovated to a high standard however the aircon in the two Queen sized rooms was not working and we moved into the stylish & comfortable king rooms in the main building . Unfortunately the staff on the bar check-in lacked any form of civility or customer care skills and we witnessed a couple and a single male leave to premises after being ignored and left waiting by the female member of staff; After she started to serve at the bar she'd walked away from us and other customers without any explanation on two occasions. A couple told her she was rude, cancelled their order and walked out. The rooms are good the staff terrible.

Decided to stay in a hotel/ pub in the centre of Bowral, even though it was 3 ☆'s. Happily surprised with the little garden units out the back, recently renovated, I believe. Had a delicious dinner in the pub's bistro. We were warned then (as we are elderly?) that the pub was having its annual Christmas party, starting in half an hour, with loud music. We never dreamed the music would be so loud and the bass thumped through our room until midnight. Nevertheless, we would stay again...just not on the night of a special event!!

Close proximity to shops and cafes, convenient parking. Great choice for wedding guest accommodation, wasnt in the room long but carpet was dirty and stained - this gave the room a bit of a dirty feel. Also dust build up in wardrobes, but other than that was an affordable option and very convenient.

The cleanliness was not great, looked as if the top sheet hadn’t been washed in a while and floors were bit dirty. Walls are thin, you can hear your neighbours. The bathroom was nicely redone with rainfall shower, however the automated night light seemed to go on and off on it’s own a few times in the middle of the night. Staff were very friendly and check-in at the bar was no issue.

The rooms look lovely from the pictures. Check in was easy, you just have to tell someone behind the bar your name. Whilst the rooms look modern, they were really average. The bed is the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, it sinks in the middle. It was also on wheels, so every time you tried to get on it, it would move. Probably won’t stay here again.

Good value motel style accomodation in a convenient, central location - let down by extremely stained carpet that needs replacing ASAP. It was strange since the rest of the room had been fairly nicely renovated, especially the bathroom, and you’d think hygiene would be a higher priority since COVID.

The bed was awful, very cheap. Stained and threadbare duvet. It also appeared soiled which was a huge turnoff. The carpet/mat was heavily stained and felt dirty. These two things really impacted the room and brought down the entire feel of the place. The bathroom has been renovated beautifully but there is almost no point when you consider the condition of the rest of the room.

Nice modern unit with parking at the door. Brilliant rain shower. Comfy bed, but no blanket or doona, just bedspread. No wifi, apparently it has not worked for some time.

Close to everything - recently renovated to high standard - quiet, comfortable and spacious with all that was needed for a brilliant stay. Only minor quibble is that the shower threshold is too low to prevent flooding of the bathroom floor. Furnishings are excellent and plenty of natural light - lots of well placed power points. Highly recommended for comfort and location in Bowral’s main shopping strip!

The room was nice but the carpet could do with a shampoo, very visible large stains. Bed was comfortable but pillows terrible. Lovely bathroom with a really good shower. Proper coffee maker and real milk was a plus compared to so many places that only offer instant coffee and whitener. Overall, a pleasant place for a short stay.
