Ms Dalyrymple is a gem! To the smile that greets you to her helpful and genuine charm, it was a great way to start our stay. We used the pool and it had towels! The stay was quiet and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!!

Great hotel for a last minute getaway
Comments mentioned the building was a little dated but I've seen newer ones in worse shape. Everything was clean, bed comfortable, garden tub in room was enjoyable and staff was very friendly.

Greeted promptly at check-in. offered free water bottle to take to room. Quiet except for barking dog nearby. Room appears clean. pillows are pathetic. No safe in room, bot has mini-fridge and microwave. Fan in bathroom is noisy.

There was really bad service. Room 304 have Air conditioning not working and we have to change the room middle of the morning at 3am. And we get another room 35. room have floor damaged. I never come back this place ever. It was a very bad service and I’m disappointed

Upon checking the room after check out we found that the a/c unit wasn't even on. Managed by the thermostat on the wall. Guest was also reported to be very confrontational with night auditor, telling him he had to move all his belongs. This "problem incident" was also reported very late at 3AM... Guest refused to switch room, but there was nothing wrong with the A/C.

Courteous Staff. Safe location. The room smelled like dogs had been there and the rooms could use a facelift. Love the partial new vinyl floors recommend through out the main room and remove all carpet.

We had a very pleasant stay in Bowling Green. The area is beautiful and their are many dining options. The room was clean as the staff attentive to any requests. We aware in a pet room and the flooring was worn, LVT delaminating some. Otherwise all was good.

The hotel and room was clean. Check in was easy and fast. There was plenty of parking for tge truck and trailer that we were pulling.
