Needed a motel at the last minute this was available and was perfect. Rooms are small but was updated and had all we needed. Did not have the breakfast so can’t speak for that but staff was friendly

Too much should not be expected . The rooms smell like smoke, the floors in the room extremely dirty . The bath towels have holes and the sheets have cigarette burns. When i called the front desk they came to check the room confirmed the floor was dirty yet proceeded to say no rooms were available . The no smoking room smelled of cigarettes and had cigarette burns ion the sheets. I would give the hotel. A 0 on cleanliness

There wasn't a way to keep anyone with a maid pass out. You couldnt shut the window curtains only the thin white ones. So i cold see out and anyone see in. Also they demaded $70 Deposit that was not on the site. Just unsafe.

Cost wise the price was in budget on lower end, at the cost I found creature running around. Few roaches/water bugs, non-smoking smelled like someone was smoking, Luckily walmart was near by. I made it work. Breakfast was disappointing.apple juice and orange juice was water down. I got what i paid for. I guess

The rooms were clean and I kinda like floors without carpeting. Staff were helpful that we needed to stay an extra night beyond our reservation. Breakfast was only adequate.

Shower curtain was dirty. Linens were dirty. There was a gap under the door. It was loud. It was bright because the curtains don’t close. It has a distinct smell in the room and lobby.

The worst ever experience when needed the Hotel to offer us a place to stay with an acceptable room. Booked online the same day traveling. Upon arrival in the evening our room had just been cleaned. As soon as we opened the door we were hit with a EXTREMELY chemical Cleaning product. They were also cleaning other rooms and we could smell the odor standing outside. We had to walk back out, we were shocked. We left the door opened for over an hour. Then went to the front desk asked another room. Said the available rooms had all been recently cleaned. I had a reaction of extreme nausea, Headache, and chest tightness, severe congestion. Went back down to the desk again, young person working didn't offer any other solution to make things right for us. No Refund or apology, just the HOTEL was late in cleaning the rooms because of being BUSY. Not acceptable at all. Need more staff then. To put your guests thru this experience, is way beyond acceptable We left then had to pay another 175.00 at another hotel. So 275.00 to have a place to stay at for the night.... We have stayed at so many hotels and have never been treated in this manner. It was a Terrible experience especially when needed a place to be able to trust and count on. Expected a Refund to say the least..

Card to open the room didn’t work four times, and the lady that ran the hotel was very rude to my husband after coming up to the desk multiple times to fix our room we asked for a small discount and she said it was already discounted and she was very rude gave us dirty looks when we left. We will never visit this place again.

Great place right off the freeway. We have stayed here for the now the past three years as we travel back and forth to Florida from Michigan. The breakfast is basic but good for us. We like the rooms. Always clean, no carpet (hard wood flooring laminate and comfortable bed.
